Proven experience supporting high-availability, 24/7 production environments. Proficiency with Unix/Linux systems and shell scripting. Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a contract role with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior management, application support, developers, and fellow technologists. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or database migration projects. Familiarity with other database technologies such as SQL Server and/or Oracle. Experience in the large-scale financial services enterprise sector. Exposure to automation tools (Python, Ansible) and DevOps practices.
