Guiding and mentoring engineers to support skills development within the wider team. What you'll bring The role requires the following experience and skills: Experience of leading an engineering development programme and applying Earned Value Management techniques Good experience of Project Management and familiarity with Microsoft Project and other engineering management tools such as JIRA Experience of working under tight time pressures and interfacing with key stakeholders including customers Experience in leading a team of engineers of multiple disciplines and levels. A good understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and key design reviews and artefacts Previous relevant experience, ideally in engineering or with relevant transferable skills in a Defence, Aerospace or other complex embedded environment.
