Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather, define, and translate business requirements into scalable financial data models and reporting solutions. Design and implement data quality frameworks with automated validation checks, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information. Develop financial models and forecasting solutions to support business planning, including LTV, retention, profitability, expected loss, and other key performance indicators. Perform advanced financial analysis, anomaly detection, and experimentation using BigQuery, SQL, Python, and analytical frameworks. Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to improve data warehouse structures, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities. Leverage modern AI and analytics technologies to enhance financial insights, automation, and decision making processes. Requirements 5+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analytics, regulatory reporting, or related roles within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services. Expert level SQL skills with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets in BigQuery or similar data platforms. Strong proficiency in Python, including Pandas and NumPy, for data exploration, modeling, and advanced analysis. Extensive experience with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Grafana, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, including building executive level dashboards.
