Document all work using the required standards, methods and tools and recommend /lead improvements to standards where appropriate. Process Design Provide Business Process design and documentation expertise, recommending business process and/or system improvements using formal (and informal) techniques. Lead the development and implementation of these improvements / new processes. Test & Training Test, implement and train in systems and facilitate system and user acceptance testing Business Knowledge & Expertise Lead continuous improvement and capability build for Business Analyst community, collaborating with other Senior Business Analysts. Evaluate industry and competitor solutions, and incorporate into own thinking, analysis and solution design Collaboration Collaborates with other business analysts and IT teams to ensure consistency and quality of system and process implementations and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the team and function. Provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle. Partner with suppliers to evaluate product roadmaps and ensure successful implementation and adoption of relevant new features that benefit the organisation. Chair business change boards to qualify, prioritise and schedule a backlog of change requests and enhancements for portfolio of applications. Qualifications Essential: Strong analytical skills coupled with knowledge of how IT applications can maximise business advantage. Knowledge of market leading ERP systems and related process implementations for SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA Knowledge of SAP IBP or similar applications supporting the Planning process. Knowledge of S&OP processes Knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality Management, MES, and other production- close systems Experience of IT Service Delivery and Application support Experience of managing a team 5-8yrs Business Analysis, covering both Waterfall and Agile project environments. Demonstrable knowledge and successful application of the principles, methods, techniques and tools of various business analysis techniques. Desirable: Experience of group-wide Supply Chain programmes and initiatives Experience of having implemented AI solutions or capabilities Experience of Sales Promotions tools such as Exceedra Project experience in an FMCG environment would be an advantage Experience of Finance (Order-to-Invoice) or Procurement (SAP Ariba) Understanding of interface technologies / principles & EDI Business Analysis Qualification
