What We re Looking For: • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations and project management within the IT, Tech, or Digital consultancy sector. • Strong background in client-facing delivery and B2B engagement across SMEs and large corporations. • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project) and CRM systems (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus). • Knowledge of Agile methodologies; PMP or equivalent certification is desirable. • Highly organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills, a flexible can-do attitude and willingness to work as a team.
