Project description Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Analyst to analyse, prepare, validate and reconcile KYC workflow data for migration from legacy tactical tools (e.g. Jira, Excel, Access) into the EMEA 1LoD KYC Workflow Tool built on nCino (Salesforce platform). To ensure that all in flight KYC onboarding and renewal cases are accurately represented within nCino at go live, with appropriate data integrity, workflow status, SLA tracking and auditability. To act as the data migration subject matter expert (SME) for nCino, working across Business, Technology, Salesforce/nCino implementation partners and Vendors to minimise operational and regulatory risk. Responsibilities Analyse legacy KYC workflow data (Jira, Excel, Access and similar tools) to identify in scope in flight onboarding and renewal cases for migration into nCino. Define migration scope, assumptions, cut off rules and exclusions, clearly distinguishing data to be migrated into nCino versus data remaining in KYC golden source systems (e.g. EDM / Cisnet / future GCOP). Produce source to target data mappings aligned to the nCino/Salesforce data model, including: Case and workflow status mapping SLA and due date logic Ownership, role and queue mappings Region and entity attributes Assess data quality issues in legacy sources and support cleansing or remediation with KYC Operations prior to migration. Support trial data loads into nCino environments (e.g. sandbox / UAT), validating: Record counts Key field population Workflow visibility and usability within nCino Perform post migration reconciliation and exception analysis between legacy tools and nCino to confirm completeness and accuracy. Support UAT activities, validating that migrated data behaves correctly within nCino workflows, dashboards and SLA monitoring. Produce migration validation, reconciliation and sign off documentation suitable for audit, regulatory review and governance approval. Act as the primary data point of contact for migration related queries across PMO, Technology, Salesforce/nCino partners and KYC stakeholders. Skills Must have MUST HAVE experience as a Data Analyst in Salesforce. Strong data analysis skills including data profiling, source to target mapping, reconciliation and validation. Experience working with Salesforce based platforms, ideally nCino, including understanding of objects, fields, workflows and reporting structures. Ability to define data transformation rules that align legacy operational data with Salesforce/nCino workflow models. Strong documentation skills for mapping specifications, reconciliation reports and audit artefacts. High attention to detail with a strong risk and control mindset. Work Experience: Proven experience delivering data migration activities for Salesforce or nCino implementations within financial services. Experience working with KYC, onboarding or regulatory workflow data in a regulated environment. Experience migrating data from manual or tactical tools (e.g. Jira, Excel based trackers) into strategic platforms. Comfortable working across Business, Technology and third party Salesforce/nCino implementation partners. Education / Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Business or a related discipline. A PMO Analyst, capable of supporting complex change programmes involving multiple teams with differing specialisms, is needed to facilitate and enable successful delivery.
