The University of Glasgow is seeking to appoint a talented and highly motivated IT Infrastructure Manager.
Reporting to the Computing Support Manager, the post holder will take a leading role in managing and maintaining the school’s IT Infrastructure, which is essential for the research, teaching and professional services of Psychology and Neuroscience. Job Purpose

Provide and manage core Linux and Microsoft Windows systems to ensure vital DNS, directory, desktop, and storage services remain available, secure and patched.
Lead the management of web services and Content Management Systems running Apache, PHP, Tomcat, MySQL/MariaDB, Python.

The Global Product Manager will be a key hire to the business and ideally be someone with demonstrable background in workplace financial services/pension systems as well as strong ability to work with cross-functional technical teams. You will be working closely with the Platform Director and have the opportunity to drive the innovation of a number of products within the business.
