Proven experience leading complex UX projects from discovery through to delivery, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Experience managing and developing designers, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and fostering a high performing team culture. Demonstrable experience implementing UX strategies that have improved customer experience, engagement, or commercial performance. Experience working closely with CRO, IT, Marketing, and Digital teams to optimise customer journeys and improve key performance metrics. Strong track record of using customer research, usability testing, analytics, and experimentation to drive continuous improvement. Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels and building alignment across cross functional teams. Experience contributing to or shaping digital processes, governance frameworks, and ways of working within Agile environments.
