Southend East PCN is looking for a Digital and Transformation Lead to help our member practices improve patient access, digital maturity, and the way services are delivered across the network. This is a permanent role funded through the NHS Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS), delivered in line with the requirements set out in the Network Contract DES. While the role is advertised from our Norton Place base, the postholder will work flexibly across all Southend East PCN member practices, which are all within a close geographical area of one another.
