· Good keyboard skills
· Qualification or experience with ITIL v3
· Working with IS0270001/20000
· Backup Technologies - Veaam, DPM, CommVault etc.
· Active Directory, Network Servers, Microsoft SQL Server 2008, DHCP, DNS.
· Computer literate - user knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
· Organised and self-motivated
Responsibilities:
· Being the first point of contact for customers calling and answering general enquiries calls.
· Customer handling and problem solving
· Escalating calls to relevant teams/departments
· Logging calls and making bookings.
