Best in Business, and LinkedIn Top Startups. Your Role This is a founding role. You will be the first Enterprise Architect on the ground in EMEA, standing up the function end-to-end: the playbooks, the reference architectures, the technical discovery motion, and the deal patterns that every future EA will inherit. You'll personally engage on our most strategic pursuits across the business - Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 prospects with SAP-dominant landscapes, complex multi-entity structures, and e-invoicing mandates that don't exist in other regions. What you'll do Win the deals that define the region: Act as the senior technical voice on strategic pursuits - leading discovery with customer CTOs, CIOs, and Chief Procurement Officers, and closing the architectural gap between their landscape and Zip. Build the EA function from zero to one: Create the foundational assets - customer system landscape templates, reference architectures, integration capability matrices, security & compliance packets, objection response libraries - and set the bar for how EA shows up in deals. Own the system integration narrative: Lead the technical story on how Zip integrates with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba), Oracle, Workday, Netsuite, Coupa, and adjacent systems. You are responsible for translating the customer landscapes into credible integration plans using our proprietary middleware. Navigate EMEA-specific complexity: Guide customers through e-invoicing mandates (Peppol, France Chorus Pro, Italy SDI, Germany's B2B mandate), GDPR, DORA, and multi-entity/multi-currency rollouts. Bridge GTM and Product: Translate customer requirements into clear product inputs. Influence roadmap prioritization with evidence, not opinion. Enable the field: Coach Solution Engineers and Account Executives on technical positioning, objection handling, and executive-level architectural conversations. Qualifications 15+ years in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, pre-sales engineering, or product roles at B2B SaaS, iPaaS, or ERP / system-of-record vendors. We're looking to hire Zippers and that means hiring people who take ownership, communicate openly, have an underdog mindset, and are excited to increase the pace of innovation for every business in the world. ERP Programme Manager
Thehumanoid
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That's why we've set out on a mission to build the world's most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We're bringing that mission to life with HMND 01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we're growing the team to take it even further. About the Role As ERP Programme Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Humanoid's ERP programme across all workstreams. While this role sits within the IT organisation, the ERP programme is a business transformation initiative, not an IT-only delivery. As such, accountability for delivery spans business process change, data, controls, testing, change management, training, and technology implementation. You will operate as the single point of delivery accountability for the programme, ensuring that all streams progress in a coordinated, disciplined, and outcome-focused manner, regardless of organisational ownership. This role requires someone who combines structured programme discipline with a strong execution bias, able to enforce standards, drive decisions, and maintain momentum in a fast-growing, complex environment. You will work closely with a designated Programme Owner, but you will be responsible for ensuring the programme delivers on its objectives, milestones, and outcomes. What You'll Do End-to-End Programme Accountability Own delivery of the ERP programme across all business and IT workstreams. Act as the single point of accountability for overall programme outcomes. Ensure workstreams operate as an integrated programme, not independent silos. Translate business objectives into executable delivery plans. Programme Governance & Control Define and enforce programme governance, delivery methodology, and cadence. Establish programme forums, reporting, and decision structures. Maintain an integrated programme plan covering scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and risks. Ensure transparent, fact-based reporting of progress, risks, and issues. Business Workstream Oversight Hold business workstream leads accountable for inputs, decisions, and delivery commitments. Ensure business process design, controls, and operating model changes are delivered on time. Drive timely decision-making across Finance, Procurement, and Operations. Ensure business readiness is planned and executed. IT & Solution Delivery Oversight Coordinate closely with the ERP Solution Lead and IT workstream leads. Ensure configuration, integrations, data, and technical activities align with business needs. Manage dependencies between technical and business activities. Ensure non-functional requirements (controls, security, supportability) are addressed. Vendor & System Integrator Management Lead day-to-day delivery management of system integrators and ERP vendors. Hold vendors accountable for end-to-end delivery. Challenge delivery assumptions, estimates, and resourcing where required. Ensure commercial and delivery realities remain aligned throughout the programme. Scope, Risk & Decision Management Own scope management across business and IT dimensions. Maintain a live and actionable RAID log with clear ownership and mitigation. Drive structured, fact-based decision-making by presenting options and implications. Escalate risks early, clearly, and constructively. Testing, Go-Live & Stabilisation Maintain delivery grip through early life support until stabilisation is achieved. Ensure an integrated testing strategy covering business processes, data, and technology. Plan and execute end-to-end cutover and go-live activities. Ensure operational readiness across support, controls, and training. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP programmes with accountability across business and IT workstreams. Experience delivering ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Oracle NetSuite. Demonstrated ability to run complex, cross-functional programmes with single-point accountability. Track record of holding business stakeholders, system integrators, and vendors to account. Highly organised, methodical, and disciplined, with a strong bias to execution. Comfortable challenging stakeholders and saying "no" when required, backed by facts and implications. Excellent communication skills, able to operate credibly at senior levels. Nice to have Experience delivering ERP in manufacturing, engineering, or product-led environments. Experience operating in scale-up environments where structure must be created. Background in programmes involving significant business process change. What We Offer Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of annual leave (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid bank holidays and company holidays. Chroma Recruitment
Integrations engineering Lead
Chroma Recruitment City, Manchester
Lead Integrations Engineer £100,000 Manchester (Hybrid) Azure We're hiring the person who owns integrations for a major consumer brand. Not a hands-off manager, not an architect who used to code. A builder who's grown into leading a team without putting the tools down. Here's the honest version of what this role actually is: we're retiring a MuleSoft Anypoint estate and moving everything onto Azure (APIM, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid). You'll lead that migration end to end, line-manage 3-4 integration engineers, and still spend roughly half your week writing code yourself. If your last hands-on Azure build was a while back, this isn't the one. If you still enjoy a tricky Function App on a Friday afternoon, keep reading. We think the person who fits this best has probably sat in a role where they've seen a lot of different client estates try to make this exact call: stay on MuleSoft or move to Azure, and if the latter, how to do it without breaking anything. If you've been the person other engineers turn to when that decision has to be made properly, not just signed off, you'll recognise this role immediately. What you'll actually own: The integrations architecture for a SaaS estate spanning Workday, Oracle Symphony, NetSuite, ecommerce, and more The MuleSoft-to-Azure migration, safely, on a real timeline, without breaking the business mid-flight A team of engineers you'll manage properly: one-to-ones, growth, the lot The hardest, highest-risk builds, personally, in code What you'll need: 6+ years in integration/API engineering, with Azure code you've written in the last 12 months Proven experience leading a team across both MuleSoft and Azure, not just working alongside one platform Real migration experience, not migration theory The ability to write a clean pull request and a clear architecture decision record in the same week £100,000 base plus 10% bonus, private medical, pension, and a well-known brand perk or two. Manchester city centre, three days a week in office. No sponsorship available for this one. If you've led a client or an estate through exactly this MuleSoft-to-Azure decision before, we'd love to hear from you.

Founding Forward Deployed Engineer
Tamarind Intelligence
Join BLP Digital The Solution for ERP Automation BLP Digital is redefining ERP automation with agentic AI. Spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, we build AI agents that automate finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and more for some of the world's largest enterprises. We solve real enterprise problems with cutting edge technology and a strong sense of ownership. Our solution is live in 40+ countries, used by 20,000+ daily active users, and automates 70,000+ processes every day, including for Fortune 500 companies. As one of Switzerland's fastest growing SaaS scaleups, our success stems from deep expertise in technology and business processes, delivering a product with outstanding product market fit, proven by a growing global customer base. We have welcomed Goldman Sachs Alternatives as a growth investor, and we are now expanding into the UK with the launch of our London office. We are just getting started. Ready to build the future? Join BLP Digital today. About The Position We're looking for the top 1% - engineers who treat their craft like athletes treat performance, and who want to work alongside people who do the same. The world has changed dramatically in the last quarter. What used to take a team of consultants six months now takes a sharp engineer a few days. The momentum is unreal, and we're growing into it fast. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you're embedded directly in our customers' environments, taking a messy enterprise problem from first conversation to a working production system in days - not quarters. You work as part of a small senior team-alongside a Senior Consultant and other FDEs-and you own the technical solution end-to-end: architecture, integrations, agent and workflow logic, frontend where needed, evals, deployment. The work starts and ends with the customer, not the codebase. Feedback cycles are measured in hours, the bar is high, and the people you ship with will push you to raise it. Key Responsibilities Sit with end-users, process owners, and client engineers to understand the real workflow - and the real problem underneath the stated one. Translate the target state process into a concrete technical solution: architecture, data model, integrations, agent and workflow design - and ship it in days and weeks, not quarters. Build full stack: TypeScript backend, React frontend where needed, integrations, LLM orchestration, evals. Demo early and often. Put working software in front of real users and fold their feedback into the next iteration. Make speed/quality/cost trade offs in real time. Choose build vs. buy vs. configure existing platform capability. Own observability and evals once live. Iterate until the system is reliable in the customer's real conditions. Earn trust with the client's own engineering and security teams - API access, data flows, deployment, reviews. Bring patterns back - reusable components, prompt structures, integration approaches - so the next engagement ships faster. Requirements Builder background with real shipping experience - you've taken systems from zero to production and kept them running. Fluent with modern AI tooling: LLM APIs, tool and function calling, agent frameworks, evals, prompt engineering as a real discipline. Strong with TypeScript on the backend and React (or equivalent) on the frontend. Comfortable with APIs, auth, queues, and integrating with legacy systems. Daily, fluent use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar - expected to ship meaningfully faster than a traditional engineer because of them. Customer facing instinct - you genuinely enjoy being in the room with users, asking sharp questions, and pushing back respectfully when needed. You move fast, communicate clearly, and operate well with ambiguity. Comfortable being dropped into an unfamiliar domain and coming back with a working prototype. Fluency in English. German is a plus. Bonus: experience automating business processes in the ERP space (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar), or prior background in consulting, solutions engineering, or founding/building products end to end. Benefits Solve real problems, fast. Join a high growth deep tech startup tackling real world challenges for global industry leaders. Work at the frontier. We use and build with state of the art tech - the latest LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI coding tools, with the budget and mandate to keep up as the field moves. Build with the best tools. No legacy stack to drag around. Big responsibility, fast. You own customer engagements end to end from day one - architecture, build, delivery, and the relationship. Opportunities to grow. You're controlling your personal development and career trajectory in a rapidly growing, internationally expanding startup. Exceptional colleagues. You'll be growing alongside individuals from exceptional academic backgrounds and careers.

You'll be growing alongside individuals from exceptional academic backgrounds and careers.

the company Role: Systems Administrator Reports into: Systems Manager Contract Type: Full Time, working 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week Location: Hybrid, working 3 days a week in our offices based in Old Street, London Our Benefits 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and work from anywhere up to 4 weeks a year 5% employer match salary sacrifice pension scheme Generous the company discount plus regular office sample sales Free Evolve You subscription Private Healthcare with Vitality including optical and dental Monthly wellness allowance and team workout classes Start-up culture, the chance to learn and make a real impact Great employee events like our Summer party, Christmas party and team away days Healthy office snacks and fruit (plus a chocolate cupboard for a sweet treat for the balance) Dog friendly office About You As Operations Systems Engineer at the company, you will shape how our technology stack runs as we scale to a £500m global omnichannel brand. You will own the day to day health, automation, and documentation of our core operational systems. That includes NetSuite ERP, Shopify (B2C), Teamwork Commerce (POS), eCom360 (Proprietary Middleware), 3PL and WMS integrations, and Narvar for returns. The role is built around three principles. First, automate anything that should not need a human. Second, document everything so both people and AI agents can use it. Third, be the bridge between our operational teams and our external technical partners. As we open our US Distribution Centre, launch US retail, and complete the NetSuite ERP implementation, you will own end to end testing of new features and integration health across the stack. Once stable, you will keep finding ways to remove friction and unlock the teams that use these tools every day. What we are looking for You will be the internal subject matter expert for workflows that touch NetSuite, Shopify, Teamwork, the 3PL, or eCom360. People will come to you first when they see something is incorrect, or want to explore ways to make a process easier. You will act as the translator between non-technical teams (Merchandising, Ops, Finance, Digital, Retail) in the UK and our external technical partners (the SUG team in Austria, CMG for NetSuite). You will write the briefs, agree the specs, and make sure both sides land on the same outcome. You will own automation as a discipline, not as a side project. Where the same manual task happens twice, you will build something to remove it. You will use modern tooling to connect systems, route exceptions, and resolve common integration failures without human intervention. You will use AI as a daily tool. That means drafting NetSuite Saved Searches with AI assistance, writing tech specs faster, generating test cases and synthetic data for UAT, and building small internal tools yourself rather than waiting on external developers. You will manage end to end testing (SIT and UAT) of new features, including the US 3PL integration, Shopify POS retail rollout, and NetSuite ERP go-live. You will build and maintain a modern knowledge base. SOPs that are queryable by AI, Loom videos for any process with a UI, and structured documentation that both operators and future AI agents can use. You will configure systems natively where possible: Saved Searches, custom fields, UI tweaks, dashboards, workflows. Routine configuration should not need an external ticket. You will provide data and reporting support to Finance and Merchandising. Accurate actuals, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis. AI accelerates this work but does not replace your judgement on it. What you will need 3 to 5 years in a Tech, Systems, or Internal Tools role at a high-growth e-commerce or DTC business. Strong hands on experience with Shopify, NetSuite ERP, POS and 3PL integrations Experience with middleware or integration platforms. Working alongside bespoke routing tools is a major plus. Demonstrable AI fluency. You should be able to tell us which AI tools you use day to day, what you have shipped with them, and how they have changed the way you work. Generic awareness is not enough. Hands on experience building automations in n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent. Production examples preferred. A bias to build. You are happy to spin up a small internal tool yourself rather than wait three weeks for a developer. Experience producing AI queryable documentation and modern knowledge bases in Notion, Loom, or similar. Ability to give clear and regular updates to leadership. Confident writing technical specifications and acting as the bridge between developers and operators. Experience supporting complex project delivery: system implementations, feature releases, and product enhancements. Confident as an internal trainer, so operational staff can do their work without bottlenecking on you. Responsibilities Business analysis, requirement definition, and technical scoping for new operational requests. Defining operational process flows and mapping data flows across Shopify, eCom360, NetSuite, 3PL, and Teamwork. Writing technical specifications and managing the brief between third party partners (SUG, CMG) and internal stakeholders. Owning the automation roadmap. Building, maintaining, and monitoring automations that remove recurring manual work. Designing and maintaining the AI queryable knowledge base used by both humans and future agents. System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for major rollouts, including Retail POS, the US DC, and NetSuite. Cutover and go live management. Post go live hypercare and integration health monitoring. The goal is fewer manual interventions over time, not more. Native system configuration in NetSuite, Shopify, Teamwork, and the PIM. Internal training and onboarding so teams can operate the systems day to day. Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion At the company it's about embracing diversity and empowering every individual to reach their full potential. We are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and able to thrive. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are dedicated to ensuring that everyone has equal access to opportunities during the recruitment process. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for an Implementation Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer success, product, and engineering. We are B2B Fintech in Payments, helping enterprises improve their financial operations: enjoy dissecting complex enterprise systems to figure out how they actually work? get a kick out of making clunky ERP setups play nicely with modern platforms? take pride in delivering onboarding experiences that just work? love bringing clarity to chaos in cross functional environments? a strong communicator who can speak both "engineering" and "CFO"? able to understand the big picture while diving into the technical details? comfortable leading onboarding projects from kickoff to delivery? someone who thrives in client facing, solution oriented roles?
