My client is a Dorset based web design agency, looking for the right PHP developer to help shape their development team. This role will offer the challenge of working within a small agency, where your current experience and new ideas will make a difference. You’ll be a developer will a keen interest in using new technology, with the ability to understand what new technologies can improve the team’s output.
Responsibilities & Skills
Building of bespoke applications using PHP (Preferably Laravel framework)
Writing structured and clean code, as well knowing when to use pre-written scripts to improve efficiency
Good understanding of modern coding conventions such as OOP & MVC
Developing with a consideration for the security, performance & cross-platform reliability of applications
Knowledge of web technologies HTML/CSS/JavaScript is preferred
