Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to empathise, listen, engage and explain technical debt, security risks and modernisation approaches clearly. A collaborative approach, with experience conducting structured code reviews, producing technical documentation and coaching or pairing with other developers to promote modern standards. Strong organisation and task-management skills, including prioritising, estimating, scheduling and taking responsibility for a varied workload with competing priorities.
