Business Unit: COO, Technology Operations & Cyber Security Salary Range: £40,800 - circa £52,000 depending on experience Location: Hybrid with some occasional travel to key hubs - Glasgow & Newcastle Our team An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Collaboration Services team, for an experienced Microsoft 365 engineer part of Digital Workplace. This team is responsible for supporting a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, and Symantec products across both production and test environments. What you'll be doing Supporting the following technologies: Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint Microsoft Entra, including Entra Connect Microsoft Copilot Supporting project delivery initiatives Maintaining risk awareness across change delivery and BAU processes Enhancing services through process improvements Assisting the wider team in resolving complex user queries We need you to have In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 - SharePoint, Intune, Exchange, Entra Strong practical use of PowerShell, with ability to create scripts for automation Understanding of email standards such as SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Practical experience with Incident, Change and Problem Management processes, ideally with ServiceNow Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities It's a bonus if you have but not essential Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) Experience of using Symantec.cloud services Experience of creating and supporting Power Automate flows Experience of supporting SharePoint 2016 / 2019 servers Experience with Active Directory Red Hot Rewards Generous holidays - 38.5 days annual leave (including bank holidays and prorated if part-time) plus the option to buy more.
