Analyse business and user needs and transform them into technical requirements and functional software. Diagnose and repair software faults and production difficulties, ensuring high availability of the platform. Run automated tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards. Design and develop software that meets security and regulatory requirements for financial services including data security (UK GDPR), PSD2/Payment Services Regulations and PCI DSS standards. Work with product, compliance and operations teams in an agile development environment, including participating in sprint planning, estimating and retrospectives. Write and maintain concise technical documentation and help improve our development procedures and tooling. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent RQF Level 6) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable discipline OR equivalent professional experience in software development.
