We're looking for a Hospitality Assistant who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for DINE on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. You'll join a team that takes real pride in what they do - pride in our food, pride in our brand but most of all pride in our people. Here's an idea of what your shift pattern will be: Monday - Thursday; 11.30am - 6.30pm As a Hospitality Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting and looking after our guests so they go home delighted Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to our guests Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards Complying with Health & Safety regulations Flexibility to work extra hours when an evening event is taking place, overtime will be paid. Daily Tasks Stacking dishwashers, keeping crockery, cups & cutlery clean and rotating for use in cupboards throughout the day. Daily cleaning and sanitising of the coffee machine. Restocking raw materials. Daily cleaning and sanitising of the Pepsi Soda Fountain. Restocking raw materials. Ordering consumables for coffee machine soda fountain in absence of other catering team. Assisting with set up for hospitality and serving where requested. Clearing hospitality refreshments in meeting rooms. Maintain cleaning and hygiene standards of the kitchen areas, periodical cleaning of fridges. Liaise with HK team as necessary. Restocking Quaker porridge pots at the end of each day and laying out fresh toppings. Ordering fresh foods, milk, & condiments, in the absence of other catering team. Ordering snack supplies for staff shop, in the absence of other catering team. Refresh staff shop, crisps on shelves. Maintaining food hygiene standards. Assisting with the service promotions and events where hospitality required.
