Founding Enterprise Architect
Zip
About Zip Zip is the AI platform for enterprise procurement - built for humans and agents working together. By orchestrating procurement across teams, tools, and suppliers with the help of AI agents, companies can secure the resources they need to innovate faster than ever before. The world's most influential enterprises trust Zip, including T-Mobile, OpenAI, AMD, Mars, Dollar Tree, and more. Together they've saved over $8 billion and processed over $500 billion in spend. Zip's team includes product leaders from Apple, Airbnb, and Meta, as well as former procurement leaders from United Health, Sanofi, MGM Resorts, Discover, and NASA. Backed by Adams Street, Alkeon, BOND, CRV, DST, Tiger Global, and Y Combinator, Zip has raised $371 million, most recently at a $2.2 billion valuation and has been recognized by Forbes Fintech 50, Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, Inc. Best in Business, and LinkedIn Top Startups. Your Role This is a founding role. You will be the first Enterprise Architect on the ground in EMEA, standing up the function end-to-end: the playbooks, the reference architectures, the technical discovery motion, and the deal patterns that every future EA will inherit. You'll personally engage on our most strategic pursuits across the business - Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 prospects with SAP-dominant landscapes, complex multi-entity structures, and e-invoicing mandates that don't exist in other regions. You'll work directly with the Global SE leader and partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, Product, and Customer Success leaders. What you build here will shape how Zip sells and delivers across Europe for years. Please note this is a hybrid role out of our London office. What you'll do Win the deals that define the region: Act as the senior technical voice on strategic pursuits - leading discovery with customer CTOs, CIOs, and Chief Procurement Officers, and closing the architectural gap between their landscape and Zip. Build the EA function from zero to one: Create the foundational assets - customer system landscape templates, reference architectures, integration capability matrices, security & compliance packets, objection response libraries - and set the bar for how EA shows up in deals. Own the system integration narrative: Lead the technical story on how Zip integrates with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba), Oracle, Workday, Netsuite, Coupa, and adjacent systems. You are responsible for translating the customer landscapes into credible integration plans using our proprietary middleware. Navigate EMEA-specific complexity: Guide customers through e-invoicing mandates (Peppol, France Chorus Pro, Italy SDI, Germany's B2B mandate), GDPR, DORA, and multi-entity/multi-currency rollouts. Bridge GTM and Product: Translate customer requirements into clear product inputs. Influence roadmap prioritization with evidence, not opinion. Enable the field: Coach Solution Engineers and Account Executives on technical positioning, objection handling, and executive-level architectural conversations. Qualifications 15+ years in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, pre-sales engineering, or product roles at B2B SaaS, iPaaS, or ERP / system-of-record vendors. Deep domain knowledge: Knowledgeable about the full intake-to-pay lifecycle and how data moves between systems Strong command of the ERP ecosystem: You understand APIs, data models, and integration patterns across SAP(Ariba, S/4HANA, ECC), Oracle, Workday, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, and others. Hands on fluency with integration architecture and middleware: iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato), REST APIs, event driven patterns, ETL. Proven success selling into or implementing at Fortune 500 / FTSE 100 customers across multiple EMEA geographies. TOGAF/Zachman/IBM Certified along with EA. Track record of owning RFPs, security reviews, and PoCs at enterprise scale. Comfort operating as the senior technical voice in a room with CIOs, CFOs, and CPOs. Nice to have Experience standing up a function, team, or regional practice from the ground up. Working knowledge of EMEA e invoicing mandates and regulatory regimes (GDPR, DORA) Experience at a category defining, high growth SaaS company or Big 4 Consulting Experience. Multilingual - French, German, or Spanish a plus. Perks & Benefits At Zip, we're committed to providing our employees with everything they need to do their best work. Start up equity Health, vision & dental coverage Catered lunches & dinners for in office employees Commuter benefit Team building events & happy hours Unlimited PTO Apple equipment plus home office stipend 5% Employer Pension Contribution Travel This role requires approximately 30% travel across EMEA to meet with strategic prospects, customers, and partners, and to join key industry events. We're looking to hire Zippers and that means hiring people who take ownership, communicate openly, have an underdog mindset, and are excited to increase the pace of innovation for every business in the world. We encourage all candidates to apply even if your experience doesn't exactly match up to our job description. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workspace where everyone (regardless of age, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and more) feels like they belong. We look forward to hearing from you!

Duku AI
AI is rewriting how software gets built. But shipping still breaks on testing. Engineering leaders are desperate to release faster without dropping quality, and they can't get there with manual QA or brittle test automation. Here's the bigger shift: as AI writes more of the code, the bottleneck moves from generating software to trusting it. Nobody owns that trust layer yet. Duku is building it, autonomous agents that simulate real users, catch critical failures before production, and self heal as the product evolves. Backed by experienced operators and investors, we're building what we believe will become a core layer of the modern software stack. We're looking for an exceptional Account Executive to help define the category. Not someone to inherit a playbook. Someone to build one. What you'll do Build pipeline, for real: You'll source leads, sharpen who we should be talking to, and run outreach that actually gets replies. You won't be closing CTO deals solo on day one, but you'll be the reason those conversations start. Learn the buyer cold: Our customers are engineering leaders who can smell a generic pitch instantly. You'll learn how they think, what keeps them up at night, and how to connect what we build to what they actually care about, shipping faster, fewer incidents, getting more out of their engineers. Sit where the action is: You'll be on founder and customer calls from week one, listening, taking notes that matter, and feeding what you hear back to the team. Customer data beats opinions, and you'll be a source of it. Run experiments, not errands: Guerrilla stunts, cold campaigns, weird ideas, you'll test ways to get Duku in front of people and double down on what works. If it's creative and it drives pipeline, do it. Automate your own job: You'll build AI workflows to handle the boring parts faster, so you and the team can do 10x more. The best GTM interns leave behind systems, not just spreadsheets. What We're Looking For You outperform because you combine intelligence, composure, hunger, and clarity of thought. High agency: You operate like an owner. You don't wait for instructions; you create opportunity. Sharp communicator: You can cut complexity down to a sentence. You speak with confidence and insight. Relentlessly curious: You want to understand product, not just pitch it. You're energised by unpacking problems and building conviction. Commercial athlete: You move fast, listen well, learn faster, and consistently turn conversations into revenue. Ideal Background We don't care where you "should" have come from. We care about trajectory and proof of excellence. Over-performance in whatever you've done so far Comfortable around technical, skeptical people Comfortable selling something unproven Thrives in fast, ambiguous environments Proven ability to make something from nothing If you've built from scratch before or sold a new category, even better. Why Now AI is rewriting software development. But shipping still breaks on testing. Engineering leaders are desperate to release faster without lowering quality. They can't do it with manual QA or brittle test automation. They will need autonomous agents, full stop. Five years from now, every high-velocity team will depend on AI-native QA. We're building the platform that gets them there and would love for you to join us.

Backed by experienced operators and investors, we're building what we believe will become a core layer of the modern software stack. We're looking for an exceptional Account Executive to help define the category. Not someone to inherit a playbook. Someone to build one. What You'll Do Help founders drive execution across product, engineering, and operations Sit in on user and partner calls and turn what you hear into roadmap input Build internal systems that help us scale: GTM ops, product ops, finance workflows, hiring loops Pressure-test strategy: market sizing, competitor research, founder briefs Own special projects: anything from recruiting to analytics to product shaping Work inside the product engine: help spec features, run experiments, support AI-agent evaluation What We're Looking For Relentless execution: you move quickly, cleanly, without hand-holding Analytical sharpness: first-principles thinking and crisp communication Curiosity for AI, developer tooling, and autonomous systems Calm in chaos: you turn ambiguity into structure Comfort working directly with founders on things that matter Ideal Background There's no perfect pedigree. We hire for mindset, not credentials. That said, you might have: Shipped AI features in a side project Built something from 0 to 1 Thrived in chaos with high ownership If you've built from scratch before, even better.

GTM Engineer (HubSpot & AI Workflows)
Story Terrace Inc.
GTM Engineer (HubSpot & AI Workflows) Make Syntasso's Go-To-Market as Good as its Engineering Our engineering organisation builds systems that eliminate unnecessary complexity. We want our go-to-market organisation to work the same way. Syntasso builds Kratix, an open-source framework that helps organisations design and run internal developer platforms at scale. Syntasso Kratix Enterprise and Syntasso Kratix Agentic are how we take that to production for platform teams standardising their capabilities, and for organisations operationalising AI agents. Our go-to-market is growing. We have sales, marketing, and customer success. We have customers, pipeline, and momentum. What we don't yet have is someone who sits at the intersection of all three and asks: where is the manual effort that should be a workflow? Where is information siloed that should be flowing? Where are our AI tools being used tactically when they could be used systematically? That's the role. What You'll Be Doing You'll treat our go-to-market organisation as a product: understanding how it works today, redesigning it where necessary, and building the systems that allow it to scale without adding unnecessary process or headcount. You'll constantly experiment with new AI capabilities, but you'll judge success by measurable business outcomes rather than shiny technology. You'll be embedded in the GTM function, working across sales, marketing, and customer success as the person who owns how we use HubSpot and Aurasell and builds the workflows around them that make the whole machine smarter. You'll own our CRM and sales tooling, shape their data structure, and make them the single source of GTM truth for a team that's growing fast. Beyond that, you'll connect the wider tooling - Reo.dev, Ahrefs, GA4, and others - and know when to introduce something new and when the answer is just to use what you already have better. In practice, that means: Automating how we generate and qualify leads: less manual toil and triage, more high-quality contacts and signal Building enrichment and sequencing workflows that free the sales team up for conversations that convert to opportunities Designing outbound ABM workflows that scale without scaling headcount Creating the connective tissue between marketing, sales, and CS so information flows instead of stagnating Evaluating where AI creates genuine leverage and where improving a process matters more than adding a tool You'll report to Daniel, our Head of Product Marketing, with a direct line to the founders. What We're Looking For You know a CRM properly. Not just the basics. You've owned HubSpot, Salesforce, etc, shaped it for a team's actual needs, and know what good looks like. Everything else in our stack flows from this. You think in systems. When you encounter a manual process, your instinct is to understand why it exists and whether there's a better way. You're looking for bottlenecks, duplication, and unnecessary complexity before anyone asks you to. You're comfortable building things. You've used tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, and similar tools. You're not precious about which tools you use; you pick what's right for the problem. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable building small applications, scripts, or workflow automations using modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar. You understand GTM. You know what a sales cycle looks like. You're familiar enough with frameworks like MKT1 and BANT/MEDDPICC to have opinions about what good looks like, even if you're not running the playbook yourself. You can bring people with you. Building the workflow is the starting point. Getting the team to actually use it is the harder part. You're a clear communicator who designs for adoption, not just for elegance. You thrive with less, not more. You make smart decisions with a limited stack, move fast without a lot of process around you, and get things done in environments that don't always have a clear answer. That's not a compromise; it's how you do your best work. After 12 Months, Success Might Look Like: HubSpot + Aurasell operating as the single source of GTM truth - enriched, complete, and trusted Outbound ABM workflows are largely automated Inbound lead qualification is largely automated Marketing, sales, and CS operating from shared systems and workflows Significant reduction in manual GTM effort across the business What It's Like To Work at Syntasso We're pre-Series A, well-funded, with a product that has genuine traction and a market that's accelerating. That means real ownership, real impact, and the kind of variety you don't get when everything is already figured out. We work in the open. Priorities are visible, decisions are explained, and you'll always know where the company is going and why. We value co-located collaboration and have a London Bridge office where the team meet 1-3 times a week. We pair, we retrospect, and we take learning seriously - Research Fridays every other week exist because we think making space for curiosity makes us better at everything else. Our Interview Process Introduction - A conversation with Rekha (that's me, your recruiter) to talk through the role, your background, and whether this feels like a mutual fit. Meeting Daniel - A conversation with Daniel, your hiring manager, focused on your technical know-how, how you work, and how you approach problems. Practical session - We'll walk through a real workflow challenge together, not a trick question; we want to see how you think, not whether you already know the answer. In-person day (London Bridge) - A chance to meet the team, dig into the detail, and get a real sense of what working here is like. We'll give you feedback at every stage, and we'll move at whatever pace works for you. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion We believe diverse teams build better products and better companies. We welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences. If you're excited about what we're building but aren't sure you tick every box - please apply.

Staff Product Manager - Enterprise Platform
Sosafe Awareness
Staff Product Manager - Enterprise Platform Location Requirement This role is open to candidates currently based in and legally authorized to work in the UK, Portugal, or Ireland. We are unable to consider applicants outside these locations. Your Mission Your mission is to make SoSafe deployable, trustworthy, and extensible within the enterprise security ecosystem. Security conscious organisations evaluate our content, architecture and demos before purchasing. You will own the capabilities that determine whether SoSafe passes a procurement security review, whether IT teams can provision thousands of users without friction, whether our platform embeds seamlessly into the tools enterprises already rely on, and whether Sales and Solutions Engineering can run compelling, reliable demonstrations that reflect production reality. What You'll Do Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for SoSafe's platform capabilities to enable exceptional onboarding and long term customer success: user and identity management, authentication, access control, platform extensibility, and demo infrastructure. Own the roadmap for enterprise critical features including SCIM based user provisioning, SSO/SAML, role based access control (RBAC), and our external API and integration surface - balancing immediate enterprise requirements with long term platform scalability. Own SoSafe's demo infrastructure - the environments, tooling, and configuration management that Sales and Solutions Engineering rely on to run credible enterprise demonstrations. Ensure demo environments are stable, production representative, easy to provision and reset, and kept current with product releases. Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to understand procurement blockers, security review patterns and enterprise deployment challenges - and translate these into a roadmap that accelerates deal velocity and reduces time to value. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security and Technical Program Management to deliver reliable, compliant platform capabilities that IT and security teams trust to deploy at scale. Define SoSafe's platform extensibility strategy - the API surface, integration patterns, partner ecosystem, and developer experience that enable customers and technology partners to embed SoSafe into their wider security stack. Work with Product Marketing and GTM teams to articulate SoSafe's enterprise readiness story, support pre sales security reviews and contribute to RFP responses. Establish performance metrics for platform capabilities and quantify their impact on enterprise conversion, deployment speed and expansion. Ship incrementally, learning from early adopters, and maintain a high bar for security and reliability throughout. Your Profile 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS business. Proven track record of owning platform, infrastructure or enterprise readiness products with direct commercial impact - such as identity and access management, platform extensibility, integration ecosystems, demo or sandbox infrastructure, or enterprise administration and compliance capabilities. Conceptual fluency in enterprise authentication and provisioning standards - SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, OAuth, RBAC. You don't build them, but you lead credible technical conversations with engineering teams and security conscious enterprise buyers. Proven ability to prioritise outcomes, balancing long term platform investment against short term enterprise deal demands. Strong cross functional leadership, with experience aligning Engineering, Security, Sales, Legal and executive stakeholders around a coherent platform strategy. Additional Qualifications Experience at a company selling to enterprise security teams or IT buyers, navigating procurement security reviews, compliance requirements or InfoSec audits. Hands on exposure to platform extensibility in practice - API design standards, developer experience, versioning, rate limiting, webhook patterns, or partner ecosystem development. Hands on exposure to demo or sandbox environment management - understanding what it takes to keep demo environments stable, data fresh and representative of production across rapid release cycles. Familiarity with the identity provider landscape - Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra and how enterprise IT teams integrate SaaS tools into their identity infrastructure. What We Offer Work/life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days Well being and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet ups And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog friendly HQ About Us At SoSafe, we're on a mission to make the digital world safer by addressing the human factor in cybersecurity. As one of the fastest growing security awareness scale ups worldwide, we leverage behavioural science and data driven learning to empower people against cyber threats. Our Human Risk Management approach helps organisations turn their employees into their strongest line of defence. Backed by leading VCs like Highland Europe and Global Founders Capital, we're rapidly expanding across the globe. We're looking for team players who want to drive meaningful change in cybersecurity, take ownership of their work and grow with us. If you thrive in a vibrant, purpose driven environment that values innovation, diversity and collaboration, then this is the place for you!

Staff Product Manager - Enterprise Platform
SoSafe
SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is costing the world >$10 trillion annually and growing by 15% p.a. - we invite you to be part of the solution! Location Requirement This role is open to candidates currently based in and legally authorized to work in the UK, Portugal, or Ireland. We are unable to consider applicants outside these locations. Your Mission Your mission is to make SoSafe deployable, trustworthy, and extensible within the enterprise security ecosystem. Security-conscious organisations don't just evaluate our content when they buy - they evaluate our architecture, and they form their first impression through our demos. This role owns the capabilities that determine whether SoSafe passes a procurement security review, whether IT teams can provision thousands of users without friction, whether our platform embeds seamlessly into the tools enterprises already rely on, and whether Sales and Solutions Engineering can run compelling, reliable demonstrations that reflect what production actually looks like You will own SoSafe's enterprise control plane: user provisioning and management, identity authentication, access governance, platform extensibility, and the demo infrastructure behind our go-to-market motion. These directly drive deal velocity, customer retention, and platform growth. This is a high-impact, commercial role at the intersection of product strategy, enterprise sales, and technical architecture - you'll set the direction for capabilities that determine whether enterprise organisations choose, stay with, and expand their use of SoSafe. What You'll Do Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for SoSafe's platform capabilities to enable exceptional onboarding and long-term customer success: user and identity management, authentication, access control, platform extensibility, and demo infrastructure. Own the roadmap for enterprise-critical features including SCIM-based user provisioning, SSO/SAML, role-based access control (RBAC), and our external API and integration surface - balancing immediate enterprise requirements with long-term platform scalability. Own SoSafe's demo infrastructure - the environments, tooling, and configuration management that Sales and Solutions Engineering rely on to run credible enterprise demonstrations. Ensure demo environments are stable, production-representative, easy to provision and reset, and kept current with product releases so that what prospects see reflects what they'll get. Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to understand procurement blockers, security review patterns, and enterprise deployment challenges - and translate these into a roadmap that accelerates deal velocity and reduces time-to-value to deliver commercial impact. Work with Product Marketing and GTM teams to articulate SoSafe's enterprise-readiness story, support pre-sales security reviews, and contribute to RFP responses. Establish performance metrics for platform capabilities and quantify their impact on enterprise conversion, deployment speed, and expansion. Ship incrementally, learning from early adopters, and maintaining a high bar for security and reliability throughout. Your Profile 7+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS business. Proven track record of owning platform, infrastructure, or enterprise-readiness products with direct commercial impact - such as identity and access management, platform extensibility, integration ecosystems, demo or sandbox infrastructure, or enterprise administration and compliance capabilities. Conceptual fluency in enterprise authentication and provisioning standards - SSO (SAML/OIDC), SCIM, OAuth, RBAC. You don't build them, but you lead credible technical conversations with engineering teams and security-conscious enterprise buyers. Proven ability to prioritise outcomes, balancing long-term platform investment against short-term enterprise deal demands. Strong cross-functional leadership, with experience aligning Engineering, Security, Sales, Legal, and executive stakeholders around a coherent platform strategy. There are a few things that are beneficial, but not essential, for this role: Experience at a company selling to enterprise security teams or IT buyers, where you've navigated procurement security reviews, compliance requirements, or InfoSec audits. Hands on exposure to platform extensibility in practice - API design standards, developer experience, versioning, rate limiting, webhook patterns, or partner ecosystem development. Hands on exposure to demo or sandbox environment management - understanding what it takes to keep demo environments stable, data fresh, and representative of production across rapid release cycles. Familiarity with the identity provider landscape (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra) and how enterprise IT teams integrate SaaS tools into their identity infrastructure. What we offer Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet ups And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog friendly HQ Perks and benefits listed above are for full time employees and may vary slightly by office location. These are just a sample - you'll learn more during the interview process. About Us At SoSafe, we're on a mission to make the digital world safer by addressing the human factor in cybersecurity. As one of the fastest growing security awareness scale ups worldwide, we leverage behavioural science and data driven learning to empower people against cyber threats. Our Human Risk Management approach helps organisations turn their employees into their strongest line of defence. If you thrive in a vibrant, purpose driven environment that values innovation, diversity, and collaboration, then this is the place for you!

We're creating an Agent Builder Org: a specialized technical delivery team responsible for end to end execution of AI agent builds. Agent Builders own the hands on work required to deliver best in class agents-writing and configuring key components, validating integrations, and ensuring agents perform reliably at scale. This team brings greater specialization and focus to build quality. Agent Builders are technical and customer facing: you'll interface with senior technical stakeholders on the customer side while also going deep on agent configuration and build execution. About the Role As a Customer Engineer, Agent Builder, you will be responsible for end to end execution of AI agent builds for strategic customers. This is a highly technical delivery role where you will own the implementation work required to launch and scale enterprise quality agents-partnering with customers and internal teams to define success, translate requirements into build plans, and deliver agents that meaningfully impact the customer's business. You'll work closely with Agent PMs, Agent Success, Engineering, and GTM teams to create tight feedback loops: executing builds, surfacing gaps, and influencing the evolution of Decagon's agent building platform based on real customer needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast moving environments, enjoys shipping customer facing technical work, and can balance hands on execution with structured thinking. In this role, you will Own end to end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, from systems design and initial scoping through implementation, evaluation, and production deployment. Design and engineer the core agentic logic governing agent behavior, applying engineering principles to optimize quality, reliability, and correctness across non deterministic model outputs. Engineer and validate layered guardrails and supervisory controls to ensure safe, compliant, and predictable agent performance across real world scenarios. Architect, build, and test integrations with customer systems (e.g., data pipelines, CRMs, ticketing systems), including building the tools, APIs, and workflows needed for reliable deployments at scale. Interface with senior technical stakeholders at customers to define success criteria and system requirements, and drive technical delivery against timelines. Diagnose, debug, and resolve both probabilistic and technical failures through root cause analysis of execution traces, error logs, and model behavior. Design evaluation and regression testing frameworks to validate agent behavior against ground truth and guard against performance drift. Translate customer needs into clear internal documentation and run tight feedback loops with Engineering to drive platform improvements. Partner closely with APMs, Engineering, Design, and Go To Market teams to deliver consistent, repeatable, best in class agent builds. Your background looks something like this Have 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical customer facing role (e.g., solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, technical consulting, implementation engineering, technical product/PM, or similar). Native or business level fluency in both written and spoken English and German is required. Strong technical foundation: comfortable writing code, working with APIs, and building/validating integrations end to end. Experience delivering production grade customer solutions that require structured execution, testing/validation, and iteration. Ability to communicate clearly with senior technical stakeholders, translate requirements into implementation plans, and drive delivery. Comfort working in fast moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them. Even better if you have Experience building with or around LLMs / AI agents (prompting, evaluation, guardrails, tooling, workflow design, etc.). Experience with enterprise SaaS integrations (e.g., ticketing systems, CRM, data pipelines) and associated security/compliance considerations. A Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree, or equivalent technical experience. Strong product instinct: ability to write crisp PRDs, define success metrics, and contribute customer insight back into product roadmap. Benefits We proudly offer the following benefits for our full time employees: Take what you need vacation policy (subject to local requirements; UK employees receive 25 days of statutory leave) Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits for you and your family Life Insurance and Disability Benefits Retirement Plan (e.g., 401K, pension) Parental Leave Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot Daily lunches and snacks in the office to keep you at your best These benefits are described in more detail in Decagon's policies, may vary by location, and can change at any time according to applicable compensation and benefits plans.

Senior Solution Engineer UK/I
Pleo
About Pleo Messy spend management is tricky business. And tedious processes are a lose-lose situation for all involved, not just finance. At Pleo, we're changing that. We build spend solutions that make managing money seamless, empowering, and surprisingly effective for finance teams and employees alike - with a vision to help all businesses 'go beyond'. The word 'Pleo' actually means 'more than you'd expect', and living by that mantra has been the secret to our success over the last 10 years. Now, we're at a pivotal moment in our journey; every move we make has a direct impact on our 40,000+ customers, our business, and our collective success. We need people who take pride in uncovering customer needs, who turn complex problems into simple solutions, challenge the way things are done (respectfully), and always aim high. With great ambitions driving us forward, we can't say we've got this whole thing figured out. And frankly, that's half the fun! What we can say is that we're a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together. About the role We're looking for a Solution Engineer II to join our Commercial org at Pleo. In this role, you'll help articulate the value of our solution and be part of the pre-sales team as we scale Solutions at Pleo. If you're excited about driving sales success by providing technical and accounting expertise and are passionate about B2B SaaS and optimising financial workflows, then this is the opportunity for you! Who you'll be working with and reporting to You'll report to our Solutions Manager and work closely with teams in Commercial. Our team of 3 is highly collaborative, dedicated to accelerating the sales cycle and ensuring continuous product improvement. You'll also have the chance to partner with teams across GTM & Product to ensure success. What you'll be doing As a Pleo Pre-sales Solution Engineer II, you will: Conduct generic or tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops. Develop and deliver technical proposals, RFPs, responses, trials, and Proof of concepts. Understand customer objectives, technical environment, and accounting needs. Provide feedback and insights to product and engineering teams. Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation or onboarding. What you bring You'll thrive in this role if you have: 5+ years of experience in a solutions or pre-sales role. In-depth understanding of B2B SaaS products, APIs and relevant technologies, including configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with accounting principles & financial workflows. Excellent planning, prioritisation, and risk management abilities to handle multiple pre-sales engagements simultaneously. Why this role is a good fit for you This role is a good fit for you if: You want to drive revenue growth, minimise sales cycle length, and accelerate the sales process. You thrive on providing both technical and accounting expertise. You enjoy influencing product development by generating actionable insights for engineering and product teams. This role is not a good fit for you if: You prefer a purely technical or purely accounting role over a mixed customer-facing pre-sales role. You do not enjoy the constant customer-facing element and the pressure of sales cycle acceleration. You prefer working in isolation over a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. How you'll develop in this role In your first 3 months at Pleo, you'll: Lead product demos and trials to drive impact in sales velocity and new revenue generation. Collaborate with Product teams to improve product feature sets and integration capabilities. This is an opportunity to show us how you would handle the day to day of the role Final Interview: a 45 minute final interview with our VP of Commercial Transparency is important to us so we also wanted to share some insights about what we're looking for in applications to ensure you can set yourself up for success! Last time we hired a Solution Engineer, we received a vast number of applications but only a few were selected for an intro call. With this in mind, we want to help you understand what we really care about when reviewing your application: CV writing and content: we receive a lot of CVs, and many of them are AI-generated. We love seeing people leverage AI-it's a big focus for us internally too-but without human intervention, these CVs can sometimes become generic and fail to show a candidate in the best light. What we're really looking for is the specific details of real impact that only you-not AI-know from your previous experience. A top tip from us is to use the "Achieved X, as measured by Y, by doing Z" formula to give a really clear picture of what you've worked on. A final note: including links to your previous companies' websites is a huge help and allows us to truly understand your background. Application care: every single application we receive is reviewed by a human (yes, hundreds of them) because we believe that candidates' efforts should be matched by an equal level of human care. This means that we expect a similar level of attention put into your application. Read and answer the application questions carefully, they make a huge difference in our decision-making process. Profile to role fit: highlight most important aspects of the role, points that might get misunderstood, any specific industry requirements etc. About your application English first. Since it's our company language, please submit your application in English. You'll be using it a lot if you join us. A fair look for everyone. Our talent team reads every single application to ensure the process is fair. To keep things running smoothly, we only accept applications through our system-our support team can't pass on calls or emails. Diversity drives us. We can only reach our goals if our team reflects the world around us. That starts with you hitting apply, even if you don't tick every single box. We encourage people from all backgrounds and experiences to join us. Interview at your best. We want you to feel comfortable throughout the process. If you have any accessibility requirements or need a specific format, email . We'll design a process that works for you. Your data is safe. When you apply, we process your personal data as a data processor. For more information on how Pleo processes personal data, read our Privacy Policy here. Applying for multiple roles? Nothing is stopping you, and we assess every role independently. However, we do look for alignment, so make sure you can explain why your interest and experience are right for each specific role. Reapplying. If you're applying for the same role again, please wait six months from your last decision before hitting submit.
