Demonstrated expertise in managing complex digital campaigns and platform migrations Deep Technical understanding of Adobe Campaign v7, and experience of AJO and Campaign v8 preferred. Experience with additional marketing technology capabilities preferred, as it will be beneficial in working with wider teams across the business. This could include web analytics, customer data management, consent management, personalisation, and digital marketing. A proven track record of product ownership in a complex & fast moving organisation. Proven track record influencing and working with decision makers to drive strategic decisions . Team Overview The Marketing Technology team deliver capability that allows us to attract, engage & retain customers and measure the effectiveness of our journeys and marketing spend, utilising best-in-class tech solutions. The team will focus on: Deepening of Martech specialisms and greater alignment and visibility across the group to drive additional value and economies of scale. Future-proofing Martech stack to drive media efficiencies and ensure campaign effectiveness through deployment of new capabilities. Embedding best practice technologies and championing their adoption to further consolidate technology choices. Ensuring stellar customer experience by helping select and deliver consistent, personalised, cross-channel journey orchestration and optimisation.
