You will take technical ownership of mobile platforms end to end, leading on lifecycle management, security, and operational delivery, while supporting project-based initiatives across UEM, cybersecurity, and device refresh programmes. Key Responsibilities: Act as the technical authority for iOS and Android devices across enterprise environments. Lead the deployment, configuration, optimisation, and ongoing management of Workspace ONE. Own mobile OS upgrades, application deployments, patching, and security updates. Provide escalation support and technical guidance to Service Desk and Second Line teams. Contribute to and lead technical work streams across UEM integrations, security initiatives, and hardware refreshes. Ensure mobile estates align with Zero Trust principles, security policies, and compliance standards. Required Skills and Experience: Advanced, hands-on experience supporting iOS and Android platforms. Strong expertise in Omnissa Workspace ONE, including enterprise-scale deployments. Prior experience with AirWatch (Workspace ONE precursor). Proven background managing large, complex mobile device estates. Experience across mobile lifecycle management: provisioning, patching, security hardening, and decommissioning. Broad technical exposure across EUC, infrastructure support, systems management, and project delivery. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues independently. Good understanding of enterprise security models, Zero Trust, and vulnerability management. Security Requirement: Active SC Clearance (must be valid and transferable). This role would suit a senior mobile/UEM specialist who enjoys owning platforms, driving standards, and working across both operational and project-based environments.
