What you'll need to succeed We're looking for a hands on analytics leader, who blends deep technical capability with strong stakeholder leadership. You'll be comfortable writing SQL and reviewing complex queries when shaping analytics strategy, building trust with senior leaders, and turning ambiguity into clear, actionable insight. You'll likely have experience helping to build or mature a data function in a fast moving environment where definitions, tooling and ways of working were still evolving. Essentials Strong SQL & data fluency: Confident writing and reviewing SQL, and collaborating closely with data engineering in modern lakehouse/warehouse environments (e.g. Databricks). BI tooling expertise: Experience with modern BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Lightdash, Metabase or similar), including semantic layer design or rollout. AI enabled analytics: Practical experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate analysis, improve code quality and enhance documentation.
