As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Senior D365CE Functional Consultant to join their expert team and drive the successful delivery of complex CRM projects. As a Senior Functional Consultant, you'll be the bridge between client needs and tailored Dynamics 365 CE solutions. You'll lead discovery workshops, design scalable solutions, configure D365CE apps, and guide clients through digital transformation journeys. This role offers exposure to diverse projects and industries-no two days are the same. ERP Project Lead - Contract Manufacturing Havant / Remote An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ERP Project Lead to join an award-winning manufacturing company with offices worldwide on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to project manage the operations implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and use their deep knowledge of ERP to deliver an operations solution to maximise service to customers while keeping control over quality and cost. Skills *Highly experienced using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP for Operations and Supply Chain Management, with depth of understanding of key modules for Lean, Inventory & Master planning. *Demonstrable experience of managing business process change through deployment of technology (eg: ERP, advanced warehousing) using Agile methods. *Exposure to Lean manufacturing and operations concepts within D365 ERP (eg: backflush costing). *Understanding of the impacts and inter-dependencies of Operations within ERP systems to other functions (eg: Finance, Product, Manufacturing, 3PL interfaces). *Good trouble-shooter and problem solver with attention to detail. *Proven project management experience. *Comfortable working independently as well as part of a project team and able to rapidly build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders. As a key member of the business ERP Project team, you will be tasked with taking the lead for the operations department. Using value stream analysis, you will work with key stakeholders to develop and implement the best system solution for the business. Using your expertise in Lean Manufacturing you will take a leading role in developing our production flow, leveraging system tools to streamline our processes.
