Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows OS, Active Directory, M365, Azure. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs. Experience with EUC tools and remote support platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
