You will confidently lead our clients through the discovery and solution design stages of a project, and have proven experience in shaping the product vision, defining, and shaping business requirements and user needs, recommending solutions, developing strategic roadmaps, and taking full product ownership through appropriate delivery methodologies. Closely collaborating with our user experience design, creative and technical delivery teams, you'll have responsibility for steering our clients and project teams through all stages of the product lifecycle with authority and confidence. You'll bring innovative thinking and solutions to the table, be it through workshops you run, or in your daily interactions with the various teams and stakeholders. We want you to impart that knowledge and passion on our clients and internal teams Tasks and responsibilities Offer thought leadership and inspiration to clients and colleagues by proactively offering recommendations that are future thinking Lead strategy, approach, and solutions ideation Seek opportunities to incorporate new product and service innovations into our client's strategies wherever appropriate Plan and conduct client workshops and discovery sessions Help our clients understand the value of various technological approaches and demonstrate how it will solve their customers' needs and requirements. Contribute to the facilitation of user testing sessions (organised by our UX team and clients) and deep dive in the output, to be able to steer a product's roadmap based on user feedback. Performing audits of client's existing products and services, producing detailed reports and recommendations Be able to make sense of, and act upon analytical data available through our client's products. Organise and facilitate strategic meetings, such as annual planning sessions, quarterly business reviews and senior stakeholder engagement sessions Help lead and mentor junior members of the team Work with cross-functional teams in the pre-sale process to map big ideas into compelling digital experiences Proactively working with our Client Services Director in positioning our capabilities to new and existing clients Requirements Good Experience as a Strategic Product Manager (or similar) Deep knowledge and genuine interest of existing and new technologies Solid understanding of User-Centred Design and Service Design principles Extensive experience working with clients and internal teams to shape product roadmaps and strategies. Knowledge of behavioural science principles and the ability to convey how they can be applied to products we design and build. Experience in digital storytelling across different platforms (web, app, smart TV etc.) Experience facilitating discovery workshops and ideation sessions with cross-disciplinary teams from inside and outside our organisation Excellent verbal and written communications skills Knowledge of usability best practices and visual design principles across different device types and form factors Ability to convey and articulate complex interactions and ideas to clients and users Familiarity with Agile and Sprint methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills In Return You will receive a market leading basic salary and lucrative bonus scheme that you are instrumental in its achievement. Working pattern/ location, the client has offices in a prime location in London City - near Aldgate and wants the right candidate to have a good work life location balance with 2-3 days in the office and remainder of the week home working. Salary is £65-75,000 + £25,000 Bonus + Company Benefits.
