This role will play a key part in designing, engineering and integrating cloud-based platforms within a hybrid environment, supporting a high-profile digital transformation programme. Key Responsibilities . Liaise with vendors to design, manage and engineer the implementation of CCaaS and D365 platforms. . Support the mobilisation of the project in collaboration with core teams and third-party suppliers. . Define and document business and technical requirements for migration, overseeing integration with CCaaS and D365 components. . Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, programme leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution. . Strong experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS solutions. . Expertise in CCaaS and MS Dynamics 365. . Proven capability in Azure infrastructure engineering, including authentication methods (SAML/OIDC), compute and network design. . Experience integrating Azure and AWS tenants. . Demonstrated leadership skills on previous engagements. . (Desirable) Knowledge of architecture and technologies in the aviation domain. Person Specification .
