Code Red Associates are a specialist supplier of ICT resource to the public sector, local authority & social housing sectors. We are currently recruiting for a MI Reports Developer with experience of MS Dynamics CRM for an evolving social enterprise based at their London offices.
The main responsibility of the role will be to drive the development of management information reports and dashboards. You will be instrumental in transforming complex data into clear and informative reports for use by internal and external stakeholders in line with business requirements. You will also advise project managers and define project reporting scopes, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Other duties will include reports testing, producing technical system documentation and planning and coordination of release activities as well as advising on the strategy, design and development of an architecture model for our business.
Essential:
• Demonstrable experience of designing, developing and implementing Microsoft reporting service reports
• Experience of configuring views, charts and dashboards within MS Dynamics CRM
• Proven positive stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
• MS Dynamics CRM data structures
• Power BI reporting tool
As an individual, you will be an excellent communicator that is adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues. You will also be results focussed, have high standards with a focus on providing an excellent customer service. You will be adept at working effectively alone as well as part of a team, and be able to work under pressure.
