The following tasks are performed by the shift planner: Before Event Shift Planner needs to make sure the correct departments are set up for the event. Shift Planner communication with Planday making sure all the departments are in the correct time zone. Shift Planner must Geofence the circuit area for all Departments at the event. Shift Planner needs to obtain information who is working at the event (1-2) weeks in advance from Crew Control. Shift Planner must make sure all employees are on Planday. They need to have access it to before start of the event and are n the correct department/position.
