The ecommerce data analyst will further the success of the Focusrite and Novation brands by providing consistent, concise and timely data insights for our global eStore’s. About the role: For CRM * Data selections and extraction based on marketing campaign requirements. * Building bespoke reports – Life time customer value, RFM, customer segments. * Data mining and providing valuable data insights. * Provide weekly and monthly reports on all customer / CRM activity. Reporting * Creating reports using SQL Server Reporting Services. * Supporting all aspects of business reporting across departments using reporting packages and databases (SQL, IBM DB2). * Work with Insight reporting application. * Develop suite of reports / dashboards for the eStore to support trading performance Web analytics / Personalisation * Manipulate web analytics packages such as Google Analytics to derive understanding of page flows, funnel analysis, landing and exit page analysis, new vs returning user analysis, device analysis.
