What you'll be doing Owning the SEO roadmap for an international eCommerce website Running technical SEO audits and leading fixes (indexing, crawlability, canonicals, site structure, mobile and speed) Optimising product and category pages (titles, meta data, headings, internal links, schema) Using GA4 and Google Search Console to identify opportunities and measure impact Working with Product and Development teams to feed SEO requirements into the backlog Partnering with Marketing on content and link-building initiatives Producing clear monthly SEO performance reports and recommendations Supporting Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) by structuring content for AI-driven search results (Google AI Overviews, conversational search, Q&A formats) What we're looking for 3-5 years' experience in SEO, ideally within eCommerce or large websites Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page optimisation Confident using GA4 and Google Search Console to drive decisions Experience with structured data/schema , internal linking and index management Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing and developers A hands-on, proactive approach with clear communication skills Nice to have (but not essential): Experience with BrightEdge or similar SEO tools Exposure to Generative/AI search optimisation Google Ads or GAIQ certification
