The Role With a healthy and varied pipeline of NHS and private healthcare work, our client is looking to appoint a qualified Architect to join their Lancashire studio. You'll work across a wide variety of schemes at different stages of the RIBA Plan of Work, from concept through to delivery, reporting across multiple live projects and collaborating closely with the practice's four Directors, Architectural Technologists and in-house Interior Design team. Responsibilities Leading and supporting design development across a broad mix of healthcare and wellness-led schemes, from small refurbishments to major new-build projects Producing and coordinating technical information in Revit, in line with ISO 19650 workflows Liaising directly with clients, stakeholders and the wider project team, and reporting progress across a varied project caseload Contributing to planning submissions, business case support and Principal Designer duties where required Mentoring junior colleagues as part of a supportive studio structure About You ARB registered, with RIBA membership desirable Part III qualified with post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice Strong Revit and BIM proficiency; ISO 19650 familiarity advantageous Healthcare, education or other technically regulated sector experience is a strong advantage, though candidates from related sectors with a genuine interest in healthcare design are also encouraged to apply A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and a genuine interest in design that improves people's lives What's On Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Hybrid working: 3 days in the studio, 2 from home Free on-site parking at the practice's characterful barn office Private healthcare and pension scheme Genuine CPD support, training and progression opportunities Involvement in a wide variety of nationally and internationally significant healthcare projects from day one Clear progression within a stable, Director-led practice with a 140-year track record A supportive, sociable studio with an active social and charity calendar
