Tech Lead - AI Platform & Developer Experience (DevEx)

We deliver the industry's most advanced platform for Any API, Any Event, and Any AI Agent, trusted by global leaders like Michelin, Roche, and Blue Yonder. Why join us? The Mission: We are the first to bridge traditional API Management with the new frontier of AI Agent Security The Momentum: A high-growth Leader - combining market credibility with startup speed The DNA: We hire people who Hold Nothing Back - passionate builders who want to redefine digital infrastructure Don't just watch the AI revolution. Build the infrastructure that controls and secures it. The Role: At Gravitee, we aren't just using AI to build features for our users; we are completely reinventing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) itself. This is not a corporate strategy role or a pure ML research position. We are looking for a leading, hands on AI-native engineer. You will lead a high performing squad of DevEx and Platform Engineers to build an AI augmented internal ecosystem that optimises every phase of our lifecycle, from product ideation to production deployment. What You'll Be Doing At Gravitee, impact isn't abstract, it's visible. In this role, you will: Team Leadership & Management Build the Squad: Hire, scale, and lead a high performing team of Developer Experience (DevEx) and Platform Engineers. Lead by Example: Act as a premier AI-native engineer, establishing the standard for how the team leverages advanced AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Devin, custom LLM workflows) to code faster, safer, and smarter. Foster User Empathy: Ensure your team views internal Product Managers, Designers, and Developers as their primary customers. Resource Planning: Masterfully balance the roadmap between long term, high leverage R&D (e.g., experimenting with multi agent orchestration) and immediate, tactical fixes that unblock the engineering organisation Platform Architecture & Context Engineering Architect the AI-Native Stack: Lead the technical implementation of our Internal Developer Platform (IDP), knowing exactly when to rely on traditional, deterministic backend orchestration vs. autonomous LLM agents. Master Context Engineering: Own our ingestion pipeline. You understand that AI is only as good as its context; you will build robust RAG systems that sync codebase knowledge, Linear/Jira histories, and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to feed internal tooling and eliminate hallucinations. Infrastructure Guardrails: Ensure all AI-generated code and automated workflows are bounded by strict engineering guardrails, robust error handling, and security scanning. Workflow Acceleration For Product: Architect tools that ingest raw customer feedback, telemetry, and business requirements to assist PMs in drafting rigorous, comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). For Engineering: Seamlessly integrate advanced coding assistants that go beyond basic autocomplete, enabling entire scaffolding and test-suite generation directly mapped to the specs created in the product phase. Metrics & Reporting Define the Metrics: Don't guess, measure. Establish and track the core "Physics of Gravitee": Speed, Velocity, and Quality. Monitor AI Adoption: Track and optimise the usage rates of internal AI tools, acceptance rates of AI-generated code/specs, and the direct impact on DORA metrics (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes) and "Time-to-Spec." Your impact will be visible, measurable, and global. Essential Skills Management Experience: 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, with a strong preference for DevEx, Platform, Infrastructure, or Tooling teams. A proven track record of hiring exceptional talent. Software Engineering Core: 7+ years of foundational software engineering experience. You are an expert backend engineer or systems architect who builds production grade software that scales. AI & LLM Mastery: Deep, recent, hands on experience operationalising Generative AI. You understand context windows, token optimisation, embedding models, vector databases, and RAG architectures. AI Native Workflow Philosophy: You are deeply embedded in the modern AI development ecosystem. You have a clear, pragmatic philosophy on how AI-driven development changes code quality, testing methodologies, and technical debt. Who Thrives at Gravitee At Gravitee, our growth is powered by people who bring passion to what they build, act with professionalism in how they work, and hold nothing back in their commitment to doing things well. You'll do well here if you: Care deeply about quality, clarity, and impact Are curious, adaptable, and excited by emerging technologies like AI Take ownership and follow through Value collaboration, openness, and continuous improvement Bonus points if you've worked with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source, but curiosity matters most. Life at Gravitee At Gravitee, we invest in humans, not just roles. You'll get: Competitive medical coverage Pension / 401k program options Stock options - you build it, you own it 25 days holiday + in country national holidays 3 mental health days + wellness allowance Your birthday off Professional development budget to fuel your growth Hybrid work culture with hubs across regions Quarterly team events + annual offsite at an exciting location A meaningful, progressive, global company culture that is as fun as it is hardworking Endless growth opportunities At Gravitee, we believe diverse perspectives make better products and stronger teams. Full-Stack Software Engineer, Generative AI Products and Platform - AVP
Citigroup Inc.
The Opportunity This is your chance to build the foundational systems for 'Citi Assist', a Generative AI assistant that will reach every Citi employee globally. You'll join us on the ground floor, becoming a core builder on a high-visibility platform that sets the standard for how a global bank adopts this technology safely and at scale. As a polyglot engineer, you'll work across the full stack. That means crafting intuitive user interfaces one day and building robust backend APIs the next. You'll be equally excited about both. What You'll Do Build and deliver across the stack. This is a hands-on role where you'll write high-quality, tested code and move features from idea to production. Sometimes that's a user-facing component. Sometimes it's a backend API. Often it's both. Own your features end to end. You'll take responsibility from the UI to the database. That means figuring out the path forward, asking the right questions, and driving your work to completion with support from the team. Build with security in mind. For us, building safe, sound, and compliant systems is non-negotiable and part of our craft. You'll implement security best practices in everything you build, including navigating the emerging challenges of AI safety. Be a great teammate. We expect you to be an active participant in our engineering culture. That means offering and receiving constructive code reviews, helping your peers when they're blocked, and sharing what you learn. We succeed as a team. Communicate proactively. We value open communication about progress and blockers. This helps us support each other effectively and keeps the whole team aligned. No one should have to chase you for updates. What We're Looking For We know that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply if they don't meet 100% of the criteria. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. Growth Engineer: Build Ecosystem & Monetization
Menlo Ventures
Location London Employment Type Full time Location Type On-site Department Engineering TL;DR: We're looking for a full-stack engineer obsessed with Lovable's growth engine - turning first touches into daily habits, and daily habits into a thriving ecosystem and real revenue. One sprint you're shipping onboarding and activation flows; the next you're crafting distribution rails and monetization features that help builders reach more users and keep them around. You think in React and APIs, but your first instinct is always: does this make users more successful, more often? Coding skills + excellent taste + growth instincts + product obsession = you. What we're looking for 5+ years of experience building and growing user-facing products in high-performing teams, ideally including growth work, marketplaces/platforms, or communities. Strong product sense and UX taste for multi-sided systems with creators, learners, and customers - you can see problems from multiple sides and design for all of them. Comfortable using data, funnels, analytics, attribution, and A/B testing to shape what you build and how you iterate. Skilled at designing, measuring, and iterating experiments, and thorough in setting up growth systems "right" from the start. Experience collaborating across functions (design, marketing, partnerships, support, data) to launch and grow new product surfaces and ecosystems. Enjoys designing reusable growth, ecosystem, and monetization tools that other builders can plug into, with a pragmatic and detail-oriented mindset. Motivated by helping others succeed and by seeing impact through engagement, measurable results, and revenue - you care about the scoreboard as much as the code. What you'll do In one sentence: You will build the growth, ecosystem, and monetization systems that make Lovable - and the apps built on it - sticky, discoverable, and revenue-generating. Ship and iterate activation, monetization and retention experiences that create fast, repeatable value and turn first-time users into long-term fans. Build distribution rails for user apps: SEO and performance, shareable moments, social previews, email and lifecycle journeys, and other growth hooks. Ship marketplace and ecosystem features for publishing, discovering, and reusing apps, templates, components, and services - plus profiles, reviews, and matching between builders and customers. Design and implement monetization and pricing flows: payments, subscriptions, access control, plans, paywalls, billing integration, and revenue-share models that work for creators, customers, and Lovable. Build the analytics and experimentation foundations - events, funnels, attribution, and A/B tests - so the team can understand what works and double down on it. Collaborate closely with design, marketing, partnerships, and support to launch and grow new surfaces across the product and ecosystem. Keep the experience relentlessly Lovable while making growth the engine, not the afterthought. Our tech stack Frontend: React Backend: Golang and Rust Cloud: Cloudflare, GCP, AWS, Many LLM providers DevOps & Tooling: Github Actions, Grafana, OTEL, infra-as-code (Terraform) We treat all candidates equally.

Google Inc.
corporate_fare Google place London, UK Apply Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience building and shipping production-grade AI-driven solutions to external or internal customers using Python, TypeScript, or comparable language. Experience leading technical discovery sessions with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define AI and hardware infrastructure requirements. Experience architecting scalable AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data, incorporating vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-like architectures to power enterprise-grade AI solutions. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Experience implementing multi-agent systems using frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or Google's ADK) and patterns like ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation. Knowledge of LLM-native metrics (e.g., tokens/sec, cost-per-request) and techniques for optimizing state management and granular tracing. About the job As a Senior Staff Forward Deployed Engineer at Google Cloud, you will be an embedded builder bridging the gap between frontier AI products and production-grade reality for our customers. You will function as a builder-consultant, moving beyond high-level architecture to code, debug, and jointly ship bespoke agentic solutions directly within the customer's environment. In this role, you will manage blockers to production including solving the integration complexities, data readiness issues, and state-management issues that prevent AI from reaching enterprise-grade maturity. By embedding with accounts, you will serve a dual purpose: providing white-glove deployment of AI systems and acting as a critical feedback loop, transforming real-world field insights into Google Cloud's future product roadmap. It's an exciting time to join Google Cloud's Go-To-Market team, leading the AI revolution for businesses worldwide. You'll excel by leveraging Google's brand credibility-a legacy built on inventing foundational technologies and proven at scale. Join us to be the catalyst for our mission, drive customer success, and define the new cloud era-the market is yours. Responsibilities Serve as the lead developer for AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows (e.g., multi-agent systems, MCP servers) that drive measurable return on investment. Architect and code the connections between Google's AI products and customer's live infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters. Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure agentic systems meet rigorous requirements for accuracy, safety, and latency. Identify repeatable field patterns and technical friction points in Google's AI stack, converting them into reusable modules or product feature requests for engineering teams. Drive engineering excellence by mentoring talent, co-building with customer teams, and influencing cross-functional strategies to uplevel organizational technical capabilities. Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. We are committed to building a workforce that is representative of the users we serve, creating a culture of belonging, and providing an equal employment opportunity regardless of race, creed, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding), expecting or parents-to-be, criminal histories consistent with legal requirements, or any other basis protected by law. We'll provide you with the world's most advanced AI portfolio, including frontier Gemini models, and the complete Vertex AI platform, helping you to solve business problems. We're a collaborative culture providing direct access to DeepMind's engineering and research minds, empowering you to solve customer challenges.
