Level 4 Wintel Engineer
Basingstoke
*DV Clearance req if not already held*
Level 4 Microsoft (WINTEL and VDI) Support. The Candidate shall provide Level 4 Microsoft (WINTEL and VDI) support remotely to sites.
The Candidate's responsibilities in respect of this Service shall be as follows:
a. Provision of advice and recommendations with respect to design change;
b. Responding and resolving or providing temporary fixes or workarounds for Incidents escalated from Level 3;
c. Conducting root cause analysis in order to provide permanent solutions;
d. Updating Incidents records in compatible Remedy with resolution details;
e. Proactive monitoring of infrastructure support tooling
f. Engaging with Engineering Teams to assist with implementations including new releases;
g. Ad-hoc onsite Level 4 support
h. Manage & execute maintenance tasks in-line with LORA;
