Dynamics CRM Developer Newcastle upon Tyne £90,000 - £100,000 + Hybrid Working + Excellent Company Benefits Excellent opportunity for an experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to join a nationally recognised organisation in a senior, influential role where you will take ownership of a business critical Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major organisation currently investing heavily in its internal technology capability. You will work on systems used across Marketing, Customer Care and operational teams, developing new functionality that will directly improve how the business engages with its customers and manages key processes. In this role, you will design, develop and support solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform. You will build custom functionality using C#, .NET and JavaScript, create integrations with other systems and work with both internal stakeholders and external technology partners. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Dataverse, alongside the ability to develop plugins, workflows and system integrations. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key technical authority within a large business, working on varied and business critical projects with considerable ownership and influence. The Role: Developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions Building entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows and business rules Developing plugins, custom workflows and integrations using C#, .NET and JavaScript Building integrations through REST and SOAP APIs, Azure Functions and cloud services Developing Power Apps, Power Automate solutions and custom PCF controls Managing Dynamics environments, deployments and technical releases Working closely with internal stakeholders, end users and external development partners Four days per week based in the Newcastle office, with one day working from home The Person: Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Dynamics 365 CE experience Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Apps and Power Automate Programming experience using C#, .NET and JavaScript Experience developing plugins, workflows and system integrations Knowledge of the Dynamics SDK, OData and REST or SOAP APIs Understanding of CRM architecture, security models and data structures Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and cloud based integrations Experience with Dynamics Sales, Customer Service or Marketing modules would be advantageous Looking for a senior role offering technical ownership and long term progression We are an equal opportunities company and welcome applications from all suitable candidates.
