The emphasis of this role is on hands-on delivery. You'll be expected to be a strong practitioner who builds well and to a high standard. With a track record of being a senior technical contributor others rely on, with the judgement to know when to step in and when to coach someone else through the work, you'll manage two Technical Consultants, helping them grow as engineers and making sure their work meets the standard the platform needs. Practical experience with Dynamics ALM, environment strategy, source control, and release pipelines, and a working understanding of what good engineering practice looks like on this platform, is vital.
