Relying on your recent experience delivering and developing IS learning and development interventions, you will work as part of the Learning and Development team to design and update existing training materials as well as plan, deliver and evaluate project based training as needed. You will also contribute to e-learning solutions.
Experience in the delivery of IS based training including the ability to write training materials is required, coupled with knowledge of the business applications used in the Group such as Microsoft Suite, Kronos and various internal bespoke systems. A working knowledge of SAP PM and MM would be advantageous, but not essential. Strong communication and organisational skills are also required as you will work closely with staff both within the IS department and across the Group.
