Contract Java Developer

Job Title: Java Developer - contract Location: Central London Rate: £(Apply online only) per day Duration: ongoing An opportunity for an experienced Java/JEE developer to work on an ongoing project with a global client based in Central London. You will be a quality Java developer with hands on experience with JEE/Java enterprise scale and have demonstrable knowledge across the full project life cycle. In addition you will have worked with REST and SOAP Web Services, XML and JSON, be practised in working in a team with other Java developers and in an Agile environment. Ideally you will have worked for a consultancy before, dealing directly with the end client or worked at client site. Additional desirable skills would include, cloud knowledge, BDD, knowledge of platforms such as UNIX and application server technology similar to IBM, WebSphere, Apache, Oracle Application, Web Logic. Good analysis and design skills. Web application development.
