Business Objects (BO) / BI Data Warehouse Consultant – Permanent role paying £55000.00 based in Redhill (great benefits) My client is looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence Architect/Data Analyst/Developer with experience in BI technologies such as SAP Business Objects and Oracle/PLSQL; you will likely have strong implementation experience on Full Cycle data warehousing (from requirement gathering, data modelling, architecting, designing, scheduling, developing and implementation). Scripting languages: UNIX SHELL SCRIPTING. Knowledge, skills and abilities: • Experience using Business Intelligence tools relevant to business area (such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), desirable (not essential) - Qlikview Or Qlik Sense and Informatica • Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL • Excellent oral/written skills • Experience using data warehouse/analytical tools for business purposes • Strong knowledge of Business core processes/data required to drive those processes • Strong understanding of source data (its strengths/weaknesses/semantics/formats) • Ability to work with/effectively communicate with people at all levels of the enterprise from Executives to developer • Flexibility/diplomacy/problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements • Ability to effectively work independently/motivated; ability to handle multiple priorities
