**Fast Expanding tech company backed by Telefonica is hiring a skilled and personable Project Implementation Manager to implement their very cool retail customer experience software**
// Heads-Up - This Role is for someone
> with an ability to manage all elements of project delivery internally and through client correspondence
> preferably with experience delivering digital or software solutions to retail
> who is passionate about innovation and ideas that improve customer experience and business operations
> who understands the importance of project KPIs and how to measure a business case
> Analytical and commercially minded, with an ability to set clear objectives and measure the results of a project with an analytical and commercial view as to how ROI value is obtained
> who is personable and easily able to communicate with clients - you'll be dealing with all client project queries and implementation needs as well as generally building on the client relationship
> who understands technology, but is not overly technical (you don't need to code). Analytical and client facing skills are more important.
> Has strong Managerial capabilities. Able to manage multiple projects and tasks at once to effectively deliver results to deadlines. Able to easily identify required actionables and to takes ownership for managing and ensuring delivery of these actionables.

We are a fast-growing dynamic B2B technology company, backed by Telefonica. We offer a new product to the retail market that allows them to manage their customer's experience within their venues. Our current key clients include O2 and House of Fraser and a couple of other well-known retail brands.
// The Client Relationship / Implementation Manager Opportunity:
We are seeking to hire a skilled Project Implementation Manager to join our growing project team.
Your role will be focused on helping our enterprise retail clients to trial and roll-out our digital queue management technology within their stores, as well as assisting with internal projects from time to time.
// The Client Relationship / Implementation Manager role:
> Responsible for all aspects of the delivery of a trial or store roll-out project with a client
> Coordinate internally with the technical team and external suppliers over delivery of the projects requirements
> Work collaboratively with our clients at Head office level in order to: set and meet objectives and timescales, create and implement project plans, and ensure continued engagement in project results
> Work with clients and their store’s in a very “hands-on” way in order to: train, embed, support and capture feedback on their use of the system
> Generally manage and build on the client relationship in coordination with our sales team
> Set clear expectations and actively manage and monitor performance against set goals and/or KPIs
> Create written and analytics reports on the findings from the use of our system and draw up a clear commercially minded business case that presents the ROI obtained
> Communicate with our development team over possible technical issues and new feature requirements realised during implementation
> Other tasks required in a start-up role to help out and ensure effective product and service delivery to our clients
// Salary
> £30,000 - £50,000 per annum - dependent on Experience
