They are now looking for an experienced Business Systems Implementation Project Manager with a passion for Business Transformation & Innovation to join their ever expanding Implementation Team within their UK Shared Services Operation. Working as a Business Systems Project Manager you will help Drive Change to the Business Systems & Organisational Processes, Technology & Culture. You will To Provide Business Analytical, Systems Implementation & Project Management Services to the Business, Supporting Key Elements of the System Projects & Assisting with the Effective Delivery of Key Activities Key Responsibilities of Business Systems Implementation Project Manager may include the following; • Lead & Manage a Business Systems Transformation Project, including Technology, Stakeholders & Organisational Change Management • Business Operating Model Design & Transformation, including Business Systems Process Transformation & Governance Optimisation • Business Systems Transformation Planning & Mobilisation • Build & Manage Productive Internal & External Relationships • Drive Business Transformation Activities towards Achieving Budget Objectives Key Skills & Experience Required for the Business Transformation Project Manager: • Strong experience within Project Management across the following: Business Systems Implementation / Business Transformation, People & Organisational Change Management • Experience of Business Systems Analysis & Planning • Proven Ability to work Creatively & Analytically in Problem-Solving Environment • Excellent Leadership, Communication & Interpersonal Skills • Professional Certifications within Programme & Project Management are an advantage eg.
