In this role you will work in a large talented team developing and supporting their market leading eCommerce platform including being involved in the design of new features, platform architecture and strategic technology choices. You will look to improve features and functionality, performance, architecture and be responsible for maintenance. The successful Java Developer will have the following skills and experience: * Strong Java J2EE development experience. * Spring, EJB 2/3, MVC framework, ORM (hibernate preferred), SQL, Common design patterns. * High standard of written and spoken English. * Able to write functional specifications. Any experience/skills in the following is desirable: * Familiarity with PCI and OWASP, JMS, Web services and SOA, Lucene/Solr, Stored procedures, triggers, views, MYSQL 5, Tiles, JSTL, DROOLS, Struts and Maven. The successful Java / J2EE Developers must have a positive "can do" attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
