Desktop Support Analyst – Server / VMWare / Microsoft / Exchange
Marcus Donald People are currently looking for a Desktop Support Analyst with strong server, VMWare and Exchange experience to join a growing team working within the sporting sector.
Key Tasks
- Problem management
- Network Support
- Management and operations
- Network control and operations
- Application support
- Training material creation and maintenance
Essential Skills / Experience
- Strong experience with Windows Server 2008/2012r2
- Strong experience with VMWare
- Active directory, Exchange, and NTFS rights
- Strong experience with MS Office 2013
- Working knowledge of networking including LAN / VLAN and Wi-Fi
- Good all round technical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new skills for both PC and telephone based systems
Desirable
- Firewall experience
- Office 365
- Azure
- VEEAM
- DFS
- Avaya Definity Phone system Admin skills
- Mac OS Experience
- Any relevant qualification / certification
