Job Description
We are currently working with a leading provider of IT Infrastructure products and Services to recruit a Service Desk Analyst / Support.
As a Service Desk Analyst / Support you will be responsible for investigating support issues and escalating accordingly.
You will be involved in exciting technologies such as Networking, Security, Storage and Virtualisation. Issues that you encounter will need to be assigned to the correct team and seen through to resolution.
The role as a Service Desk Analyst / Support will be challenging but extremely rewarding as you:
* Proactively manage infrastructures remotely
* Support Data Centre Hosting and Cloud Services
* Work with 3rd Parties to resolve incidents
In order to be a successful Service Desk Analyst / Support you must demonstrate:
* Excellent background within customer service
* Understanding of PC Hardware and IT Infrastructure
* Background within Microsoft Windows technologies / Active Directory and Exchange Server
