Principal Infrastructure Support Analyst (DV) - 3 month rolling contract - up to £350 per day - Bristol *Due to the company and environment candidates will need to already hold Developed Vetting (DV) Clearance upon application. Our client, a leading FTSE 100 International industry lead, are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Support Analyst to join their division in Bristol. As the Infrastructure Support Analyst you will be responsible for administering and maintaining the Active Directory, Exchange, Lync and Citrix Environments Key tasks and Deliverables: * Support, maintain and administer third party applications where applicable. * Enforce change management and compliance processes. * Install, configure and maintain server hardware and operating systems. * Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing and response. * Perform routine preventative maintenance on all systems on a routine and scheduled basis. * Provide a point of escalation and support to the 2nd line team. * Participate in out of hours maintenance activities, as required. * Monitor Windows servers and troubleshoot problems. * Work as a technical resource on assigned projects. Qualification and Experience: * Active Directory (essential) * VMware (essential) * Commvault (desirable) * Cisco networking * AV (Sohpos and McAfee) and WSUS * Strong foundation in Citrix, Exchange, Lync, Active Directory and Windows troubleshooting activities * Experience in implementation, maintenance and disaster recovery * MCP Please contact Lex Burdfield at Berry Technical for more information
