1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst (Windows Server, Exchanged, Active Directory)
1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst with Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory and basic networking skills is required by a well-established, multimillion pound organisation’s Northampton office. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience in a 1st/2nd line capacity and is used to being one of technical IT “go-to” people.
Working closely with the Head of Infrastructure, you will support users remotely, face-to-face and on the phone. Also, there are plenty of upgrades, migrations and Greenfield projects on the go, so my client can assure personal development, career progression and an array of new technologies to work with.
