Purpose & Scope of Role
IMGROUP is looking to recruit full-time services sales/client engagement professionals to both drive new business opportunities and manage existing accounts within its Business Development team.
The Business Development team act as the focal point for IMGROUP’s new and existing customers. For new customers, it is expected that the Client Engagement Executive qualifies, leads and manages at all stages of the sales pipeline to ensure that the opportunity is closed. For existing customers, it is expected that the account is managed to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and that repeat business is gained through an interactive and consultative approach to selling and by maintaining on-going value-add relationships.
The business are looking for client engagement professionals that can comfortably sell across a varied suite of solutions ranging from Information Management Strategy pieces, Advisory, Audits, POC, through to Enterprise solutions consisting of a combination of MS BI/DW/ CRM/SharePoint/.NET/O365 etc.
IMGROUP are in a unique position and are selling multi-technology solutions which require a number of cross practice consultants collaborating to build major enterprise solutions. We have one of the strongest multi-technology solution delivery teams across the Microsoft stack in Europe.
IMGROUP are supported by Hitachi Consulting’s talented team of resources and management. Given our growth we have the full ability to provide strategic advisory services, solution delivery/design and managed services. IMGROUP have also grown outwards and upwards and are technology agnostic and able to provide Information Management expertise outside of the MS stack. Some of our largest projects have also included Oracle, SAP, Qlikview, Tableau, Ab Initio and the MicroStrategy solutions stack.
Responsibilities
The role includes:
• Closing business for IMGROUP to the value of a minimum £1.5m to £5m per year;
• Working with client companies to establish and understand the business need;
• Managing IMGROUP’s commercial relationship with client customers;
• Working closely with the IMGROUP team to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and on budget;
• Providing advice and supporting the engagement of IMGROUP team with senior client stakeholders;
• Managing client’s expectations and negotiating terms of engagement that ensures success for both parties;
• Working with the client senior managers and IMGROUP senior team to ensure IMGROUP services meet client’s expectations.
