Job Description

Excellent opportunity for a CCNP qualified IT Engineer to join a leading IT and Telecoms provider as a 3rd Line Support Engineer. The purpose of the role is to deliver 3rd line technical services to resolve high priority / complex customer incidents and service requests. In addition to the BAU incidents and service requests, a significant part of the role involves the pro-active activities around customer estate management and CSIP. The team member will also perform a technical/product specialist role within 3rd line. Minimum Experience and Skills At least 3 year's working experience with network and security products in a technical capacity ; and Cisco certified to Professional level (CCNP) and /or other vendor equivalent qualifications ( Checkpoint / F5 / HP ) ; and Technical knowledge and exposure to at least one of - Enterprise routing, switching, security and/or wireless technologies
