Network Tools Architect - EMC - CA - Cisco - SevOne - SC cleared - Remote Working Are you an experienced Subject Matter Expert in Network management tools? If so then please apply to a new long term contract engagement offering a key position within one of the worlds largest IT Service Provider together with remote working. As the Network Tools Architect you will have experience of the design, definition and costing of Operational Support Systems (OSS) covering Fault, Configuration, Asset, Performance and Security (FCAPS) management of Multi-client networks (IP/MPLS/Ethernet) in response to new customer engagements and formal bid documents. * The successful candidate will have a high level of technical knowledge of COTS products such as, EMC, CA, Cisco and SevOne tools * As well as the above, we are looking for someone with a good working knowledge of IT Service Management supporting ITIL v3 framework processes, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Request management and the Integration of FCAPS tooling into Tools such as CA Service Desk, ServiceNOW including Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integration. * A high level of technical knowledge of COTS products such as, EMC, CA, Cisco and SevOne tools - Being able to design and cost OSS solutions for scalability, reliability, performance, security, and alignment with overall network and business strategy, across all managed network technologies * Have a good working knowledge of IT Service Management supporting ITIL v3 framework processes, such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Request management and the Integration of FCAPS tooling into Tools such as CA Service Desk, ServiceNOW including Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integration. * Experience working for Tier 1 Carrier - BT, Vodafone, 3 etc * Worked on bid deals from £1m to £50m. * Must be able to create cost models and provide detailed documentation to project teams and implementation support teams who will be responsible for delivering successful bid solutions. * Have worked as an Architect in a European or global organisation All applicants must be eligible to gain SC Clearance if required - (UK resident for 5 over years.)
