Role details - IT & Technology Manager
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: London office, SW3 4BP; attendance at other company locations as required
Working pattern: Primarily office-based, with normally one day per week working from home subject to operational requirements
Employment: Full-time, permanent

Rose Uniacke is a globally renowned interior designer celebrated for her unique approach to creating interiors that blend understated elegance with exceptional craftsmanship. Beginning her career as an antiques dealer, Rose’s discerning eye for detail and timeless aesthetic naturally evolved into designing interiors, bespoke furniture, lighting, and home accessories. Her work reflects a refined, minimalist design philosophy that continues to attract international acclaim.
The Opportunity
Rose Uniacke is creating its first dedicated internal IT position. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced, hands-on IT generalist to take genuine ownership of day-to-day technology, improve an established environment and shape how internal IT works, while retaining access to specialist providers for complex work.
You will be the practical internal owner of IT services, not a people manager and not simply an MSP coordinator. You will personally support users, administer Microsoft 365 and devices, build and operate modern device management, troubleshoot infrastructure and networks, manage suppliers, and bring structure to documentation, security, resilience and continuous improvement.
You will also take operational ownership of Rose Uniacke’s AI initiatives - coordinating use cases, access, governance, adoption and specialist suppliers. Complex AI development will remain with expert partners.
What you will own
Day-to-day user support and practical technical problem-solving across the organisation.
Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, including a controlled handover from the current provider.
The implementation and ongoing operation of Intune/MDM across Windows, Apple and mobile devices.
Routine administration and troubleshooting of networks, Wi-Fi, servers, virtualisation, storage and backups.
Technology assets, onboarding/offboarding, licences, procurement and supplier relationships.
Operational security, access governance, patching follow-up, incident escalation and restore testing.
Internal ownership of Business Central and other business-system relationships.
AI initiative coordination, governance, permissions, adoption and supplier management.
Practical documentation, user guidance and a prioritised improvement roadmap.
How specialist support works
Rose Uniacke will retain an MSP or specialist providers for complex incidents, advanced cybersecurity, major architecture and transformation, specialist engineering, strategic advice and agreed resilience cover. You will know when to escalate, manage the response and retain internal ownership through resolution.
What we are looking for
A senior IT generalist who still enjoys being hands-on and dealing directly with users.
Strong Microsoft 365/Entra administration and practical Intune/MDM implementation experience.
Confident support of Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
Practical networking knowledge across firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs.
Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation, storage and backup/recovery.
Good operational cybersecurity judgement and the confidence to escalate high-risk or specialist issues.
Experience managing MSPs, vendors, licences and technology changes.
Clear documentation, communication and prioritisation skills.
An informed, responsible approach to business AI and data governance.

Job Title: Project Manager Location: Manchester Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on bringing structure, pace and control to complex technical projects? We're looking for a confident, commercially aware Project Manager to join Netteam tX, taking ownership of the successful delivery of customer IT projects from initial handover through to completion. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll manage larger and more complex projects yourself, while also helping us drive consistency, visibility and strong project management across our wider portfolio. You'll take end-to-end ownership of technical customer projects, ensuring they are properly scoped, planned, resourced and commercially controlled before and throughout delivery. Day to day, you'll: Manage complex technical projects from sales handover and mobilisation through to delivery, customer acceptance, handover and closure. Build and maintain clear project plans, actions, risks, dependencies, milestones and target dates. Coordinate technical engineers, internal teams, customers and third-party suppliers. Own customer communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring expectations are clear and issues are addressed early. Manage project budgets, sold versus actual hours, margin, forecasting, change control and billing readiness. Identify projects that are at risk of delay, overspend or scope creep and put clear recovery plans in place. Ensure additional or out-of-scope work is properly assessed, documented, priced and approved. Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to ensure projects entering delivery have a clear scope, appropriate technical design and validated customer prerequisites. Support effective resource and capacity planning across Professional Services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information within our PSA platform. Provide clear project and portfolio reporting, highlighting risks, resource constraints, financial exposure and decisions required. Help continually improve our project processes, governance, reporting and customer handovers. Our projects encompass a broad variety of technologies and customer requirements, including Microsoft 365 and Azure, cloud and server migrations, networking, firewalls, switching and Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, telephony, customer onboarding, office moves, hardware refreshes and new-site deployments. We also deliver technology projects within the hospitality sector, including hotel-system upgrades, migrations and integrations. About you: You'll already have strong project management experience, ideally gained within an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) or similarly fast-paced technology environment. You'll be comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities at the same time, but equally willing to get into the detail when a particular project needs your attention. We'd particularly like to hear from you if you have: Proven experience managing customer-facing IT or technology projects. Experience working within an MSP or fast-moving IT services environment. Strong customer and stakeholder management skills. Confidence managing escalations and challenging conversations. Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets, hours, margin and scope changes. A disciplined approach to project planning, risk management, dependencies and governance. The ability to coordinate technical resources without needing to be the technical expert yourself. The confidence to challenge incomplete information or unclear scope before delivery begins. Strong organisation skills and the ability to keep control across multiple concurrent projects. Experience using Autotask PSA or a similar MSP PSA platform would be particularly valuable. Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, AgilePM or PMP would be advantageous, although practical experience delivering successfully within an MSP environment is more important to us. You don't need to be an engineer. What matters is that you understand technology well enough to ask the right questions, recognise risks and bring together the right technical people to deliver the solution. You'll be someone who remains calm when projects become difficult, communicates clearly with customers, spots problems before they become major issues and is comfortable taking ownership rather than simply reporting that something has gone wrong. You'll combine attention to detail with commercial awareness and be confident balancing customer commitments, resource availability, deadlines and project profitability. Most importantly, you'll share our belief that great project management means clear ownership, realistic plans, controlled scope and transparent customer communication. If you're an experienced IT Project Manager looking for a role where you can genuinely influence how projects are delivered, improve the customer experience and make an impact across a busy MSP environment, we'd love to hear from you.
