Senior Product Designer (Native Components)
Yes.com
About Yes Yes is an AI-native betting and gaming operator launching in Denmark in 2026 and across Europe from there. We are building for a wide, social-first audience that arrives from TikTok and short-form video rather than from TV and legacy media. We are a small team and are deliberately staying lean. We empower every person on the team to take end-to-end responsibility of their work, at least to the point of producing a prototype, spec, or working artefact. No producers. No project managers. No intermediaries. About the role We are building our own product components - cashier, gamification, feeds - that ship natively to iOS, Android and web, and powered by the EveryMatrix core. You are the first product design hire who owns how they look, feel and behave across all three channels - designing against one shared, versioned contract so the experience stays identical whether a player is on iPhone, Android or web. You will report directly to the Co-CEO (Product), working closely with the CTO (Tech), and Creative Director (Commercial). This is a hands on IC role. You design, you ship, and you work shoulder to shoulder with engineering every day. No hand off and walk away. What you'll do Own the end to end UX of our components - flows, interaction, visual design, edge/empty/error states - from first sketch to shipped pixels. Design once, render three times. Define each component as a single design spec that iOS, Android and web all implement, accounting for native platform conventions without letting the three drift apart. Build and steward our design system and design tokens - colour, type, spacing and component patterns shipped as one versioned, governed token set that Swift, Kotlin and JS all consume. Shape the composable architecture itself. Sit in the architecture conversation with engineering so that the theme/design token set is treated as a first class part of the inbound contract - a versioned input the component receives - enabling consistent, centrally governed theming across all three channels and across markets without per platform divergence or an app release for every change. Design within hard boundaries. Regulated and money state lives in EveryMatrix; editorial content lives in our CMS. You design the composition of the two - e.g. a cashier that shows a promo and a live balance and requests a deposit. Define behaviour parity - success, empty, expiry, error - once, so three platforms don't invent three different screens. Move at startup speed. Work in fast, tight loops with creative, engineers and product. Lo fi to validate, hi fi to ship, prototype when it settles an argument faster than a doc. What we are looking for 5+ years designing shipped digital products, with deep hands on craft in interaction and visual design. Proven experience designing native mobile (iOS and Android) alongside web - and a real grasp of where the platforms differ. You think in systems and components, not just screens. You have built or owned a design system and worked with design tokens (Style Dictionary, Tokens Studio, or the W3C token format a plus). Highly collaborative and fast. Comfortable designing in the open, iterating live with creatives, engineers, and making confident calls without endless rounds. Fluent in Figma; able to spec a component so an engineer can build it without guessing. Strong communicator who can hold a clear design rationale and defend the user against scope creep. Nice to have iGaming, fintech, or other regulated/real money product experience. Worked against a third party backend or platform (EveryMatrix or similar) and a headless CMS. Familiarity with accessibility standards and localisation (we launch in Danish, then Finnish and Romanian). Interest and experience with agentic AI products and workflows. The first 90 days Get fluent in the brand design system and language, app architecture and constraints, partner with engineering to stand up the design token and component foundations - including how tokens flow through the inbound contract - and ship the design for our first owned component, the cashier, across all three channels. Location We would prefer you based in London. We will consider a fully remote arrangement for an exceptional candidate.

Head of Analytics
Houseful
Alto Software Group is a B2B SaaS company that powers more than half of all UK housing transactions each year. We create software solutions that connect businesses and consumers, delivering a one-stop shop for estate agents and home builders. Our goal is to drive efficiency, speed up transactions, reduce risk, and improve the end-customer experience. While we're not a start-up, we have a start-up mindset and want our people to operate with this mindset so that we can achieve our ambitions. The Role We are looking for a Head of Analytics to lead and develop our analytics function at a pivotal moment in its growth. Our Analytics team has matured significantly over the past year - the foundations are solid, the team is talented, and now we need a leader who can take them all the way. This is a player/manager role with real scope: you will drive the analytical agenda at senior leadership level while staying close enough to the work to get things over the line when it counts. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of analysts - helping them grow their technical and communication skills and creating an environment where they do their best work. Set and communicate team priorities across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product, exercising clear judgement on urgency and importance when competing demands arise. Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders, translating business context into analytical direction and making sure the team's output is always tied to what matters. Own complex, high-visibility projects that require coordination across the business and SLT exposure - driving them from ambiguous question to clear recommendation. Step in at the detail level when it counts: taking analysis from 90% to 100% by working directly in SQL, Databricks, and ThoughtSpot alongside the team. Champion the use of AI in analytics workflows - identifying where it adds genuine value and helping the team build fluency with emerging use cases. Present findings and recommendations to senior and executive audiences with clarity and confidence, adapting your style to the room. Who You Are A dual-altitude operator. You can zoom out to shape strategy with the SLT and zoom back in to write the query that unlocks the answer. You know when to do each, and you're comfortable switching between them in the same day. A developer of people. You care about the growth of the people around you. You invest time in mentoring, create structures for development, and take performance management seriously - both the encouragement and the difficult conversations. Technically credible. You have strong hands on SQL skills and experience with BI tooling. You can describe a data transformation clearly enough that an engineer trusts your thinking, and a stakeholder understands the answer. A sharp communicator. You ask the right questions, build trust with people quickly, and can explain complex analytical concepts to a non technical audience without losing the insight. You know that the best analysis is useless if it doesn't land. Commercially astute. You understand how Sales and Operations teams actually work - what keeps them up at night, how they make decisions, and what they need from analytics to act with confidence. AI curious and forward thinking. You have experience applying AI to analytics problems and can bring a credible point of view on where it creates real leverage for a team like ours. There's always room to grow and learn with our roles - please don't be put off if you don't have all of these. It's more important that you're passionate about improving the home moving and owning experience for everyone. Tools & Environment You will work primarily in SQL via Databricks, ThoughtSpot as our BI platform, and Salesforce for CRM data. Experience with these tools is a strong advantage; competence across SQL and BI visualisation is essential. Why Join Alto? This role offers genuine influence - you will be a member of the Software Operating Leadership team with a direct line to how strategy is set and executed. You will inherit a team that has already done the hard yards building strong foundations, giving you the chance to focus on what's next rather than what's broken. It's a rare combination of analytical depth, people leadership, and commercial impact at a company that is shaping how the UK housing market works. 25 days annual leave + extra days for years of service Day off for volunteering & Digital detox day Festive Closure - business closed for period between Christmas and New Year Cycle to work and electric car schemes Free Calm App membership Enhanced Parental leave Fertility Treatment Financial Support Group Income Protection and private medical insurance Gym on-site in London 7.5% pension contribution by the company Talent referral bonus up to £5K We want to make Alto more welcoming, fair and representative every day. We'll consider everyone who applies for this role in the same way, regardless of your ethnicity, colour, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, physical disability, neurodiversity status, family or parental status, or how long you've spent unemployed.
