Azure & GCP Cloud: Operational management of cloud platforms including landing zones, subscriptions/projects, connectivity, platform services, and governance controls. Windows & End User Platforms: Management of Windows Server and end-user compute platforms, including build, patching, configuration, and lifecycle. VDI & Citrix: Delivery and operation of virtual desktop environments, ensuring performance, availability, and user experience. Identity & Access: Operational ownership of Active Directory and Entra ID, including authentication, Conditional Access, privileged access, and directory services.
