Ability to coordinate deliveries across multiple development teams and geographical locations. Credit Risk Knowledge Good understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk concepts. Strong knowledge of: o Potential Future Exposure (PFE) o Expected Exposure (EE) o Exposure at Default (EAD) o Wrong Way Risk o Credit Limits o Regulatory Capital Understanding of collateral, netting and margin agreements. Knowledge of exposure reconciliation processes. Understanding of Credit Risk reporting and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with risk simulation and pricing platforms such as S&P Global Financial Risk Analytics (FRA) is highly desirable. Financial Products Knowledge Proven understanding of: Interest Rate Derivatives FX Derivatives Credit Derivatives Repos Stock Borrow Lending (SBL) Agency Lending Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) Bonds Equities Understanding how these products impact Credit Risk exposure calculations is essential. Data & Technology Knowledge Strong understanding of data analysis and data lineage. Experience analysing large datasets using SQL. Ability to perform data reconciliation and root cause analysis. Understanding of system integration and risk architecture. Working knowledge of: o SQL Server o Azure platforms o APIs o Messaging architectures o Batch processes o Data feeds Ability to communicate effectively with Development, Infrastructure and Architecture teams.
